Good food, good portion size, and some of the best service I have had in a very long time. Would highly recommend. Btw… burgers are awesome and huge, pizza is very good as well, and a nice selection of beer on tap!

Very disappointed. Pizza looked great. Taste was bland, undercooked doughy crust. Really very unfortunate, I remember having pizza from this place before and enjoying it. Most of it got thrown out as my kids flat out refused to eat it. And it was almost $30 for a pizza.

Visited last night for dinner. Can I just say that these were the best French fries that I’ve had in years! Hot, crispy and plenty of them! I had chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Could have used a little more ranch, but still a great sandwich. Nice Kaiser roll. Good sized chicken breast – not a ground patty or deep fried breaded thing, but a really chunk of chicken breast. Wife had a chicken wrap with waffle fries. She loved it. Server Danielle was excellent. She came around just enough to keep us well served, but not too often to be annoying. Haven’t been to Amherst Pizza in a year or two, but glad we can back. And…did I mention the French fries? Delish!

Amazing fish fry!! Crispy on the outside, delicious potato salad, macaroni salad, cole slaw and steak fries. Just amazing! Fish fry dinner was almost $20. Worth it!! Will go back again.

Last three takeout orders have all been incomplete . Only half of the food is ready when I arrive and they would like me to stand there and wait for 40 minutes while they cook the rest of it and the rest of what they made goes cold not very good customer service I think I’m done ordering from that Ale house. Then they told me five minutes for chicken wings, I prefer them cooked properly

We ate at the Ale house last night. We went for fish fries and were not disappointed. They were excellent. Golden brown and served with potato salad, macaroni salad coleslaw and fries. Not only was the fish tasty but all the sides were also. The service was excellent and the waitress was very friendly. We have eaten there before and had very enjoyable meals but now it will be a go-to place for Friday fish also. Highly recommend.

I was having a sad girl moment and needed some bomb diggity chicken wings to lift my spirits. I was at a friends house and unfamiliar with the wing territory but happened upon Amherst Ale House and I’m so glad the planets aligned and the universe sent me to that crispy golden playground hidden in the burbs. I ordered wings and fingers for take out and they held up the whole way home. The chicken fingers absolutely slapped— they were some of the best and biggest I’ve had in WNY. The wings were the ultimate nexus of hot and crispy. Total dopamine release with each dish. Amherst Ale House, keepin doin what you’re doin.

Ordered a pizza with sweet sauce, half cheese/pep. When eating I would get a white onion sliver/chuck with every bite I took. Sounds great if you’re not someone who despises onions and their texture. So I guess if you hate onions avoid their pizza. On the pepperoni side they put so much on top a lot of them were raw, the others burnt.
