Food was great. The service was nonexistent. Employees seemed to have zero sense of urgency, more concerned with socializing with each other. Never acknowledged any customers. Really didn’t seem to be anyone in charge.

Second time ordering from this location in Vandalia. This time ordered two 6” hoagies. Pleasantly surprised! The sandwiches had more than ample meat, cheese, and toppings. I would have them add Italian dressing next time. Ordered and paid online. Great service!!

This location unfortunately has not gotten the service down to a science yet. We ordered at 17:50 with the email saying it would be ready in 20 minutes. Once we arrived the staff said it was not ready. Approximately 20 more minutes went by before they asked about our order again at which point they said they could not find it. About 40 minutes went by until they started making it again. It is unfortunate since I like this pizza chain quite a bit. We did not receive our order until 19:00 or so. Edit: we were shorted our cheese sauce.

Didn’t know if it was the manager or owner really doesn’t matter. Watched me pay for my food. When it was done asked me if I paid. I said yes in confusion because he saw me. Not a good first impression. The pizza had hardly any sauce on it while smothered in way too much cheese even though I didn’t ask for extra cheese. The sandwiches were ok but you’re better off going next door to Subby’s if you want a sub. I’ll give the pizza another try but I currently cannot recommend this restaurant.
