The West Bend Taco John’s has terrible service. My wife and I really like the food but this location apparently doesn’t employ enough people. This past Friday, 3/6/26, we went to the drive-thru and waited 15-20 minutes just to order our food( There was only one car ahead of us in line!). Finally, we just left before ordering because we were tired of waiting so long and went to Taco Bell instead where we had little wait time and excellent service. This has happened three other times before at Taco John’s West Bend, WI. Taco Bell is now our place of choice going forward.

First time trying it and it blew my expectations out of the water. Moved over taco bell there’s a much more delicious taco place around now. Delicious food and healthier options too. Everything came out super fast too. Cant wait to come back and try more of the menu. Ngl their churro and other desert they have right now are to die for. Best churro ive had in a really long time

Drive through order experience. Food was quickly ready, both my potatoes and tacos were fresh. Friendly drive through workers. Better then Taco Bell for sure. I enjoyed the hard shell fiesta chicken tacos that were suggested by the delightful girl working the drive through. Will return!

I went to Taco John’s this afternoon with my girlfriend. We decided to enter the store and were greeted by a kind cashier who answered our questions and truly helped us enjoy our time in the restaurant. The food was wonderful and met our expectations and as we observed the kitchen area we noticed how clean everything was. Everything about our visit was exceptional and I look forward to coming back.

First time I’ve ever had taco johns and it was an awful experience. First off I had to wait in the drive through line for about 25mins. When I pulled up the the window, I waited only to be told my order would take too long and I had to come inside. I wasn’t even wearing shoes. I had slippers on because I didn’t expect to go inside.
Finally get my order, soda is spilling off the top, I’m pissed so I just head home right away. I should have known to check my bag because they forgot the sauce, quesadilla, and potato oles. So like half my order. Never going back. Just go to taco bell, it’s right down the street.
I tried calling to get some sort of refund and shocking none of the kids working there answered the phone.

I love taco John’s especially for their super hot sauce. Went to the one in West Bend, Wi around 7:30 pm. Order taker couldn’t have been less interested in us. Got one taco with the shell 3/4 broken on one side falling off second one had burger grease soaking through toe bottom of the shell like it had been sitting there made for some time. But yeah, the potatoes ole are outstanding.

First time trying Taco John’s. Ordered 2 taco salads & supreme nachos. Counter person was friendly, and food arrived very timely. Meat on taco salad was as cold as the salad (probably pre-made and refrigerated). Nachos were okay, but salty & the size was not worth the price. Worst part of visit was counter person with beard going back into food prep area without beard net; along with the fact that his pants were belted below his butt. I know that is a “style” today, but not acceptable in the food industry. Or, can we all sit in your restaurant in our underwear???? Will not be back!

Pulled up at a 10 PM in the drive-through. The worker proceeded to answer my questions about a menu item and when I wanted to order, she reported that they were currently closed after she answered questions about menu items. Keep in mind that was listed on Google is that they close at midnight.
