Did a to go order, and the service was quick. They got my order wrong, which I didn’t know until I got to some place to open it up. They did not include the wings I ordered.

ABSOLUTELY SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT! We ordered food for pickup at 9:25pm and they said it would be ready in fifteen. We walked over since we don’t have a car and were told to go to the bar where we would be able to pickup and pay for our food. We were hardly acknowledged and saw two different people come in after us and receive their food before us. 50 minutes later the bartender told us they are bagging up your food! We waited almost an hour and there was only 2 tables in the whole restaurant. We saw more than four people in the kitchen so I’m not sure what they were doing back there other than screwing around. When we finally received our food we were told the kitchen staff had miscommunication which is why it supposedly took so long. We got back to our motel room to find they didn’t even put napkins or utensils in our bags. THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST AND MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD. Me and my boyfriend have worked in this industry and find that there was ZERO excuse for the service we received. I am embarrassed for them and foresee them closing down soon due to the lack of professionalism. Please do not waste your money going here. You will regret it!

I’ve never felt at home more than BDubs I walked into a smiling host ready to seat us. The best part is once seated we were greeted by REAL news! CNN was on most TVs if not all. Nothing puts a smile on my face more then knowing our BDubs is well educated in REAL news. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings.

Ok first things first great fun family environment and I loved the wings baby. Ok so you have to ask for it because it’s not on the menu but the table gate comes with pretzel knots and loaded tater tots but remember the tots are not for the faint of heart they are hot but good . Service was definitely more along the lines of family friendly then sports bar which is good because my girls love it. I’ll be returning

Me and my wife placed an order online at 4/9/23 Easter night and it said it would be ready to pick up at 9:10pm when we got to the restaurant they closed at 8:00pm. So we got no food and robbed of 60$ that night. Next day we come in and they can’t even give us our order or process a refund until 24 hours. To make matters worse I paid most on a gift card that I had and now I don’t know if I can get that back. Will never go here again, horrible customer service and hour updates on ordering online.

Food service & food was great. Bartender Desiree’s customer service was terrible. Very bad experience for the amount of money I spend in that place throughout the year. As of today, my friends and family as well as our football group will no longer be going to this location. Check Yelp to see real reviews of this place, then you’ll see how people like Desiree still have a job.

I placed an online order, and when I went to pick it up at the time frame, my order wasn’t there, so they had to make it and had to wait around 15 minutes, I took my order home and sat down to eat, some of the wings didn’t even looked like wings it was like scraps, but the worst part was as I was eating I found a hair on my wing, and that wasn’t the end another 3 wings had strands of hair, I called the restaurant to let them know, as I asked to talk to a manager (Chris) about what I had, his response was “and” that right there tells you he doesn’t care about the costumers, I was willing to take the order back to the restaurant but he said he couldn’t help me, that he was busy and the best he could do was to give a $5 gift card for another day. If Management doesn’t care just imagine anyone under them.
