First time going and they were out of a ton of stuff including fries and soda. Also didn’t have change when I was going to pay with cash. They wouldn’t justify anything. I asked if I could get nuggets inplace of fries for my meal and the lady rudely said “nope, can’t do that”. Very frustrating because the price of a sandwich and a drink is as much as a meal. I ended up getting fries from the McDonald’s across the street. It was a nice McDonald’s that was good and quick… Highly recommend just going across the street.

Should have just gone to taco bell. Out of ice and didn’t bother telling me til they handed me my cup. Was out of chili for taco salad which I feel they could have replaced it with something else like grilled chicken. The fries seemed like they were sitting there for a very long time. The tomatoes on the salad looked like they had been out for awhile, very wilty. Highly doubt I will go there again for awhile. Spent 25 dollars and it wasn’t worth it at all

It was disgusting mess in there. The food was awful. The only time they get the order right is if I come thru the drive thru and get Ashley to take my order during the day. I went into the store during the afternoon this time. JAMES THE MANAGER was telling the employees not to clean or do anything because he doesn’t like the openers! Disgusting I can’t believe they allow him to run a shift! This place needs a serious night crew change!

My husband and I decided on Mattoon IL Wendy’s for our dinner. However it was beyond disappointing and money wasted! He ordered 2 Dave’s triple and they unfortunately were cold to the touch, 2 orders of fries again not fresh, soggy and cold and a cobb salad which was the worst part, it was luke warm, the lettuce was slimy, the chicken was also slimy.

Due to the nature of how they make their produxt, Wendy’s restaurants are typically slower than other fast food chains, but this particular location is slow even for a Wendy’s. That being said, the food is always well made and the staff is super friendly. The restaurant itself is clean so no worries about eating here.
