This is one of my favorite, regular go-to spots for Cajun/Creole food. Bud and Rob’s has the best gumbo, pasta jambalaya, Louisiana chicken, and catfish fingers in San Diego, and all at the best value! It’s run by a small-sized, friendly staff who will make you feel right at home.

Delicious food and awesome ambiance! It’s a smaller place, so try to make a reservation! Loved the crawfish etoufee. My husband got the po-boy which he also devoured. The beignets aren’t as good as the ones from NOLA, but still were a great sweet treat to finish the meal! Would definitely go back.

Top tier! My husband and I have been wanting to come to Bud and Robs for a while. Yesterday we finally made it yesterday for our Valentines Day dinner and it was fantastic! Rob was very attentive and service was amazing! We can’t wait to come back!

Flew into San Diego to witness. Our nephew graduation was at Bishop High School. My sister in law and family live in Temecula. She has been choosing this restaurant since her husband and his family r from New Orleans. We are from San Antonio, Tx. We enjoyed our services!!! Food for myself and in-laws was amazing !!!

Stumbling in dt and for a last minute dinner on a Friday night, they take reservations and usually have tables available. Known for cajon/creole. Can’t go wrong with the soft shell crab, jalapeño corn bread, and the taste of new Orleans. Good date night, staff and service is great.
