I’m not a fan of Carl’s Jr. Due to bad experiences in the past but something told me to try this since we were very hungry and it was conveniently located. First thing I noticed was how clean it was and roomy when I walked in. Next the young man named Robert was nice and polite. When we got our food , I was surprised and it was good! Met two other employees and both were helpful and polite. I would definitely go again. Did I mention how clean the place was? That’s important to me. Chicken strips were good!

When I went over to the Menu the ordering wasn’t hard, but when we went over the window we waited 15-20 for the food. And when we did get the food we asked for bacon Swiss chicken sandwich plain WITH the bacon and Swiss and mayonnaise. When we did get our food we looked at the sand wich NONE of them had the bacon and swiss. After we finished we had grease on our hands so when we wiped our hands down with the napkins we had got we realized that they only gave us 4 napkins, it’s wouldn’t hurt to even give up 1 more! But the sandwich was an 8/10.

I ordered 4 combo meals. The cashier starts to hand me 4 drinks- I’m alone in the car. I asked for a cup holder, and he says they’re out. How am I supposed to hold 4 drinks be myself? I told him to keep the drinks. He told me to take 2 and come back for refills… What? Always issues with this restaurant. Cup holders are pretty basic necessity if you’re a fast food restaurant that has a drive thru.

They ran out of onion rings so they still charged me full price for a western bacon cheeseburger. Onion rings is the thing that makes it…. SMH. Then they ran out of meat for six dollar burger….. so had to pay 7 plus if that’s what I wanted… No bueno for business
