Went thru curbside,ordered 2 happy meals and sat there over 30 mins,(I eventually went in and waited then to get it),but yet drive thru kept moving the whole time I sat there. Also they need to fill the fry boxes up this is a large fry and this is what it looked like when I got home,not the first time either. Also did curbside waited over 5 mins. For a large fry. (Had plenty of medium fries made up sitting there the whole time I waited,then they gave me nasty cold fries) it’s Getting Freaking ridiculous there vs. years ago

Don’t get anything slightly complicated because you won’t get it. I’ve never ever had a problem with any other McDonald’s from where I’m from. I get a French vanilla iced coffee with chocolate drizzle and whipped cream. If they didn’t charge for it I wouldn’t care. I’ve been coming here for 4 months and every time I have to ask them to do the stuff they literally charge extra for. I worked at McDonald’s before and they have their own screen and it prints out the drink tickets so why even charge people extra for it if y’all won’t even do it. Again if I didn’t have to pay an extra $2 for it I wouldn’t care but why even charge if they don’t add it. So annoying. I shouldn’t have to tell them every single time to put the stuff in that I paid for. So much wasted money added up.

The tables were all dirty in the play area. The drink counter was a mess, an most of the other tables were not cleaned. Are fries were way past serving am sure there 7 minutes were up!!! You ask why didn’t you take your food back. You could tell the help really didn’t give a ratsa–. This was about 7pm. Really I would not care to go back. Stopped 1 morning for coffee it was so strong I didn’t even drink it. You have to let the whole pot of coffee fill. Am sure that didnot happen. Best coffee in town once upon a time!

Unfortunately they get my order wrong at least 50% of the time. Even the ladies at the pay window say, “good luck this time”. Even they know. They need better training. The ones making the food don’t actually read the order coming thru. The only benefit of ordering thru the drive thru is that it’s a surprise to me what sandwich I’m going to get each time. I have talked to them many times & Nothing seams to change.

Bathrooms were dirty, and the floors in the lobby were nasty looked and felt like they were mopped with soda water. Half the chairs were missing, so seating was limited. One sandwich was shimmy with grease and condiments everywhere, and the other was so dry our fries were ok but super salty. This store has gone south quickly within the last 6 months. It’s horrible to say a few years ago this store was so much better.
