Prior to my arrival at Pirates Bowl, I had some ambivalent feelings about whether the food would be delicious or not—but I’m so glad I gave it a try!

The jumbo shrimp (shareable) was absolutely delicious. Each shrimp was perfectly coated in seasoning and cooked to the ideal temperature—not too hot to burn your mouth, but not too cool either. It was so tasty that I immediately wanted seconds!

The catfish was another standout—crispy on the outside, well-seasoned, and bursting with flavor.
A special shoutout to Sarah Beth, our server, who made the entire visit so memorable with her wonderful strawberry lemonade, great service and friendly personality.

If you’re thinking about trying Pirates Bowl, don’t hesitate. Highly recommend!

The wife and I are visiting from SC and we were looking for a nice place to eat with a good crab boil. I must say they did not disappoint! The wife had a pound of shrimp with corn, potatoes, eggs and sausage. I had 2 pounds (4 clusters) of snow crab with the same add ons. Everything was delicious and all that food was under $150! Our server was very attentive and very nice. The atmosphere was nice and laid back. All around a great experience. If you are looking for a great tasting affordable boil in a bag style meal, The Pirate’s Boil is the place to go!

Horrible! My kids took me here for my birthday and when I tell you, this place is disgustingly! The bartender Rho also served as our waitress although we didn’t sit in the bar area. My grandchildren were present and it took a half hour for their juice drinks to touch the table and 18 minutes for my birthday drink to arrive. The service was awful. The bartender/waitress is not a people person and completely lack social skills. The manager Danielle, is even worse. Our food came out with rotten eggs and stale corn. Oh, the fish was full of so many bones it was difficult to eat. The potatoes were undercooked and old. I’m completely disappointed in this restaurant quality of food. Such a great location for the community. The staff could use an overall restructure. The restaurant was empty upon our arrival and departure. This alone speaks volumes.

It was a great atmosphere. Food was awesome, got a few Boil bags. Pirates Secret sauce was a lil salty for me.. but still good.

Our server, Jyair, reminded us of Usher —great energy and even better service! The food came out hot and delicious. We customized our own seafood bag, and the flavor was absolutely on point.

I went back on my word and came a third time to order my same Gold Broker with the pirate’s secret seasoning with the medium spice level. I had a craving for a boil bag…that’s why I returned, lol. Nonetheless, food was good and well-seasoned. Because of this, I officially deem this spot as a hit-or-miss. I guess it depends on who’s back there concocting the seasoning.

I came twice in a row on two separate days. My first time dining inside, food was delectable! My seafood boil bag hit the spot and satisfied my craving. Seasoning was perfection.

I met Adam, the bartender. He took such good care of me and made me a yummy Hennessy Margarita. I enjoyed my experience so much that I came back the very next day to order the exact same seafood boil bag. This time around, Adam concocted some type of coconut drink. The drink was just okay. It had a thick, syrupy consistency to it that I wasn’t a fan of.

Sadly, the taste of my boil bag wasn’t the same as the day before. The seasoning wasn’t explosive like 24 hours prior. I told Adam about this, and he said it’s probably because the cooks “switched sides.” So the cook who had prepared my boil bag yesterday was probably preparing all the fried meals that day instead of the boil bags — and vice versa with the other cook.

Consistency is what I look for when I go to various restaurants. If a restaurant can’t maintain its consistency and becomes a “hit-or-miss” type of establishment, I no longer frequent the place. So because of this, I won’t be returning. The photos and videos that you see attached to my review are from my first experience on day 1.

We come here all the time, and the food hits everytime❤️! We love Adam and Tony, and each time we order the treasure chest and sit at the bar for a drink. The ambiance and music is amazing, the faculty are so sweet and accommodating, and the drinks are delicious. Come dine in, and ask for the Hennessy margarita ;)!
