I was there earlier and the Open sign wasn’t on which made question whether or not to go there. I decided to pull in and check it out anyway. There was a little line, not that I mind waiting at all, but there was a guy who was kind of just hovering on his phone not helping the other workers. This place seems different from just a few weeks ago. Not a fan the the experience I had.

Food is great but always cold. We also notice that they are giving you less and less meat and if you order it online it’s basically half a scoop of meat and all rice. Super disappointed the last few times we went this year. Hate to write a bad review, but the family has been coming for years and each year the servicing sizes seem to get smaller and smaller.

Went there with my brother, he’s on the spectrum. As I was helping him order a group of 4 walked in behind us. Apparently 4 is a big deal, as I got rushed through the line as soon as they entered the establishment. Paid over $30 for 2 mediocre burritos and 2 fountain sodas. We didn’t know about half the options. No management present…… another heartless franchise paying people the bare minimum and getting bare minimum work in return.

Me and my son stood there for seriously 10 minutes, and they still didn’t even acknowledge us. The girl behind the glass just kept on looking at us with a snotty face. They were serving the drive-through, we were the only ones in the building. We walked out and went straight to chipotle.

This is my first time at this particular location, and my last. Food was not fresh, my “crispy” chicken was cold and not even crispy. I got my usual meal that I typically do at other Bubbakoos- and this tasted nothing like it should. To make it better, the girl working at the register was EXTREMELY rude and even rolled her eyes when we asked for a cup for a drink (that we paid for). She even wore airpods for the entire time she was here- how embarrassing. She clearly does not even care about her job. Management should really look into how the store is ran when they are not here.
