Well this Dining experience was next level! The food is not to be compared to. Everything was prepared perfectly. Ashley was the best server we have ever had. She treated us like family. Truly made our anniversary special.

The steak was pretty good but embers has them beat. The lobster was very dry. I’ve never left half a lobster on my plate before. The server wasn’t super informed but friendly. One of my drinks had a bug in it. I had a few sips so that was super gross but I did get a new one. I will say overall flavor of the drinks was phenomenal. The fries lack salt and flavor. The potato au gratin was a favorite though. It’s good. But it’s not excellent. It’s definitely not worth $200 for 2 people. I have had better steaks in lower end establishments. I’m being kind giving it a 3/5.

Had the worst 2 New York Strip steaks ever. One ordered medium and one medium rare. One came back rare with the other still breathing. Sent back for finishing with no improvement. Could have lived with it however, didn’t expect a Choice or Select end cut of meat. Very tough fat veins throughout, the 16 oz steak yielded maybe 3 ounces of edible meat. The waiter never asked how meal was or questioned why there was a pile of cut up meat on our plates? My dog will enjoy it though. Been to many steakhouses around the country and this by far was the absolute worst. Ponderosa would have been a better choice. Thoroughly disappointed. The wedge salad too was nothing more than slightly seasoned head of lettuce.

I’m staying in the hotel, walked down to Shula’s, waited at the checkin table for 5 mins and no one showed. Decided to go to the lounge right beside the restaurant, they use the same kitchen. Sat down at a table in the lounge and after 15 mins, the bartender comes up asks do I need anything, I told her dinner. She said the kitchen is closed. I asked what time does the kitchen close, she says 9 PM, I look at my watch and it says 9:02. I walked out. Staff and management walked by my table numerous times, the bartender looked at me several times but no one can see I don’t have a drink or food on my table! Never will I visit either the restaurant or lounge.

Had our wedding dinner there in June. We used the small private dining room. It was an amazing experience. The food was great, and the service was exceptional.

I almost never write negative reviews but Shula’s has been extremely disappointing twice. Service is very slow, atmosphere is cold and awkward, and the prices are high. My husband ordered a double bourbon, received around 1 oz of liquor, and was charged $22.50. It took forever to get our food. For a much better steakhouse visit Embers just 5 minutes down the road or Mark’s downtown.

Excellent service at this location. We loved the french fries and the steak was great too. Loved our waiter, he was very personable and friendly with great humor, drinks were kept full and the food came out right and correctly while also in a timely fashion. Thank you for feeding us a great meal.
