The night shift did a horrible job with my Uber Eats order tonight 8/4/23. I ordered a steak biscuit combo and the bread was super hard and stale. I also ordered the biscuit and gravy with bacon and somehow got delivered a sausage and cheese biscuit instead, which by the way also had the same quality of stale & inedible bread. If Bojangles can’t make this right, I won’t be spending any more of my money at this establishment.

Our dining experience was completely awful. One person in our group was never given his meal, and despite finishing our meals, we were still waiting for a meal. When we asked, they said it would take another 6 minutes, but we had already waited for 35 minutes, so we decided to leave without him getting his meal. Love Bojangles, but we won’t be returning here again.

This restaurant might be one of the worst bojangles in the area. Very unfriendly staff, lazy workers that can’t drop more chicken because they don’t want to “risk” losing money. Avoid this location

I don’t remember the last time I was ever at a Bojangles’ restaurant–this food is GREAT! I arrived close to 9pm They just had a rush of customers before me and no chicken breasts left. I had to wait 15 minutes for the cook to cook some but was well worth the wait getting very fresh fried chicken. Awesome!! The woman who waited on me was great too! This location has only been around for about a year so it all looks clean, fresh, and inviting inside the restaurant. I’ll be back for sure!

I ordered the wrong item accidentally, and when I returned the food, they were so kind. They gave me the food I originally wanted without charging us anything extra. It was delicious, and I appreciate their kindness.

A fast service with freshly cooked food. Great place for breakfast. They have some good sandwiches. They are not Halal but they have fish sandwich and other vegetable items. They serve chilled sodas, ice tea etc. they have so many locations. Price is cheaper. All of them have parking. And most of them have drive through. Overall recommend this place .

The most ghetto establishment I’ve ever seen. And I grew up in Adamsville. So I’ve seen some unprofessionalism in my day. But the award definitely goes to this place. It was clean but the workers are totally immature and unprofessional. I’d never come back here as long as they have these “adult children” working there.

Just rude. Whoever was taking orders @ 05/06/23 12:20pm. You need to get a different job if you’re not happy with what you’re doing. The moment we arrive at the Drive thru we literally just heard “Go”. So we were like should we order now? And not a single response. So after we said all our orders we werent hearing anything from her not even a “Anything else? Or we’ll see you at the window” We waited and asked are we all set? And she responded “Well are you done ordering?” So we asked her to repeat the orders and only got half of what we ordered. And right when we got to the window we had to correct the order because they forgot something, and the lady that was taking orders went to us and asked in a rude tone “Did you get 2 family size mashed potatoes?” (Even tho we only said one if she was attentive) So my partner then repeated what we ordered and she cut him off and said “I said, did you order…” and my Partner is the most patient person so he just said “Yes” and she said, “That’s all i’m asking” (and walked away) its just sad that we are paying this much money just to get that kind of service. Again if you’re not happy with your job please find one that suits your attitude don’t be in a Food industry. Kindness is Free don’t be stingy. xo

A few of the guys are not the friendliest people when I went through the drive-thru or inside people but the food has been consistent all 3 times I visited. It was fresh*** temperature was awesome and taste good. Today I tried the Chicken deluxe and highly recommend it when looking for a good sandwich for lunch. I ordered lunch for one of my elderly neighbors as well and she said she enjoyed the meal.

The chicken wasn’t fried fresh but they were still flavorful, just not as crispy. I like the Southern Blast Mountain Dew and their Cajun beans.
