Good service. The amount of food for the price was prefect. I liked my Seafood Crepes. I also enjoyed looking at the paintings on walls.

We have been here several times and honestly I think the food is good and the waitresses have been great. What I’m most amazed by is how rude the owner is! Even from looking at some of his responses on these reviews… “get a life”, “go to ihop”… REALLY?! Why would you talk to your customers that way! Maybe you should listen to what people are saying and try to improve! I have also heard him yell and harass waitresses which is extremely unprofessional and makes me feel bad for those girls who are doing a great job! The owner clearly needs a lesson in customer service…

Would not go here again. Our waitress was just fine, very sweet. However the food was not good. Chips tasted stale as if they were fired hours ago, sandwich had freezing cold sauce over the hot cooked meat, croissant fell apart too much and made a mess. I did NOT appreciate the owner or manager walking over and casually seizing my wrist and shaking it while I was in the middle of a conversation not involving him.

Well, it pains me to give this place a 2 star rating but after today I shouldn’t even be giving it those. I’ve been eating here for years; Barry, the owner has always been hospitable and friendly. The food I’ve always thought was good- not great- but always good. Today was completely different. I ordered the Florentine quiche, which I’ve had several times. It had a very rank, fishy taste to it. I ate my soup and salad, told Barry who offered me a different slice of quiche, to which I kindly refused. I, after paying the bill( which was stupid to pay first I realize, but I’ve just been eating here so long I just automatically payed it ), calmly asked our waitress why she didn’t take the quiche off and charge me the soup and salad price. She got very snotty and told me that it was the same quiche they had been serving all day and no one else complained, so she, “didn’t know what to tell me”. So, I guess nowadays it’s ok to tell a guest in your restaurant that their opinion of the food doesn’t matter??!! That you can just deal because everyone else thinks it’s fine! I was, and still am appalled at how she responded to my complaints. The real shame of the matter is that I won’t be going back. I’m not willing to patronize an establishment that is, by many other reviews apparently, as rude to its guests as this one is. Bummer….

Had a horrible experience there today with 3 other friends. Food was bad. The chicken in my salad was not fresh and tasted horrible and the salad also had a lot of rusty lettuce. My friend told them her fries were mushy and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Everytime we asked about the food, the waitress argued with us and was snippy and very rude. She ignored us and did not offer to get the manager. Very bad service. Do not eat at this restaurant.

This is a quiet, slightly upscale diner with a significant event room on the side and a small outdoor patio. The clientele was mostly older, at least during a weekday, and the food was good standard fare. I particularly liked it as an easy place for conversation with good service that was neither rushing nor rushed.

Decided to try the pork chop tonight, it was tender and succulent. Delicious! My usual is the pot roast, which is the best I’ve ever had, or the pasta boulonnaise that reminds me of my dad’s.

It’s okay. Waitress said they make their own hollandaise, but its knorr’s or the like. Not a big deal, but I would have ordered something besides the benedict. Foods okay, and the owner seemed to be fine to me on the days we were there. I want to like this restaurant better as its right in my backyard, there are lots of regulars and they seem to like it, but I didn’t find anything compelling to make me want to come back. I have only eaten breakfasts here, so maybe the lunch/dinner is better.

We went late on a weeknight. Very excited to hear they served breakfast all day! The breakfast food we had was great and kids meals were reasonably priced. Food came out super fast too! We’ll be back soon.
