What an awful experience tonight. I went in to order two sandwiches and had to wait for the only employee there to finish what he was doing in the back before he could help me. He was nice and friendly, so no complaints there — but he was clearly doing everything by himself.
He handed me my sandwiches in a small grocery bag and then asked if I wanted another one for the chips. They only had three kinds of chips, and of course, they were out of BBQ — the one I actually wanted. I also ordered a fountain drink, but there was no sweet tea (and this was still two hours before closing).
I grabbed four cookies too, and they were hard as rocks and tasted like they’d been sitting there for weeks. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this Subway at all. I really thought things would be better with the new management, but I guess I was wrong.

The worst experience I ever had at any Subway. I ordered 4 sandwiches online, was told order will be ready at 1:30. I arrive at that time and I hear “that’s his problem for ordering online” mumbeld from one of the workers as I walk in. I wait 5 minutes and then I inform the lady working that I had a pickup order online, as the instructions say to do so. She rudely says “were working on it”. I then patiently wait another 10-15 minutes and politely ask my order status again. That’s when this older worker, who I guess was the manager on duty, starts yelling at me that they are busy , had big orders, and it will be ready when it’s ready.” Meanwhile people are leaving the line and walking out. The guy then yells, “I wish one of you people would work one day at this job.” I finally get my order and of course it was not correct. Plus they skimped big time on the meat. I understand things can get backed up and orders can be a little behind, but this was ridiculous. There were 2 people in line when I first walked in…And you should NEVER scream at a customer. Especially when I never raised my voice. Do not go to this subway!!!!

They had horribly trained staff even the manger whom had “best manager” on the side of her hat . Couldn’t even make the sandwich correctly! There footlongs are precut and he recut in a different place all the toppings were falling out of my sub and they didn’t even greet us when we walked in they continued there conversation while barely paying attention to the customers! Overall terrible service and training and sandwiches were messy and not put together correctly. Just go to a different subway if u want it that bad. ‍♀️Updating because I went outta town and got subway and just want to show how a sandwich should be looking and how there’s looked it just doesn’t look done properly and looks messy and gross

So this is a poorly run franchise!
I like subway and would visit more often but there seems always an issue.
Today my co-worker ordered a sandwich with ranch and much to his dismay her got peppercorn ranch. When he returned to the counter they said they only had the peppercorn, which they did not state when he asked for ranch. I know this because I was standing beside him.
Anyway, they refused to remake his sandwich and made ZERO attempt to satisfy him as a customer.
This was no ones “ fault”. This was a miscommunication.
That said any establishment that cares nothing for customer satisfaction or service clearly cares nothing for my money.
Too many establishments who care about their customers to spend money with one who doesnt!

By far the worst subway I’ve ever been too. Bread was definitely not fresh.. we went around 11am and our bread was old and stale. We ordered a BLT and it was ran through toaster for a few seconds.. bacon came out white and soggy. I asked her to cook it again, old lady with glasses started mumbling under her breath. I called her out on it too for talking crap. This place needs to shutdown or fire everyone and start over. I don’t recommend and will not be coming back.

Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff member named “Grey” assisted us in an extremely unprofessional manner. He seemed angry, unapproachable, and acted like he didn’t want to be there at all. He rushed through the order with no care or courtesy, and the food was just as bad—sloppily made and not fresh. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable, and we left feeling very dissatisfied. This is not the level of service or quality one expects from Subway. Would not recommend.

I was afraid to eat my sub. I ordered a 6 inch sub,**** meat and cheese only and fed it to my dog. This is the Atlantic Beach NC location I speak of. I didn’t have the guts to take more pics, I thought I was being watched by the hostess. The other side was much worse, cross contamination of foods, mayo.had dripped into 3 or 4 containers, mostly empty, but she still used veggies out of those containers. and bits of veggies everywhere. It looked like the bottom of a tossed salad.
I will not be back to that location. Or I never say anything. I worked.in kitchens amd never piss off the chef.

Super nice workers, some of them. Closed around 7 today when their website was updated 1 week ago to close at 10….
There’s also bugs everywhere, crawling all over the food.

I really enjoyed interacting with the employee here. He was very helpful in choosing what to eat when I was told what I normally order has now been discontinued. Very patient while I made my decision.

Placed an order an hour before pick-up, got there to an empty store and still hadvto wait an extra 10 minutes for my subs, got home and my sub bread just crumbed and only a few pieces of chicken, the other subs flat bread was hard and couldn’t be eaten, will never go back to this subway.
