Came here an hour and a half before closing. Sat behind another car at the drive-thru and neither of us, nor the car behind us were served. We pulled up to the window and ordered there. Halfway through, the person taking our order is replaced by someone else and finished our order. We tried to order a chicken sandwich but were told they weren’t cooking anything else on the grill because they close soon, even though it’s still an hour before they close.

Stopped to get a simple cup of coffee. It was roughly 10am on a Friday and they had to brew a new batch. After waiting for almost 15 minutes for the coffee, it was finally given to me with a piece of food floating on the top. I gave it back to them to throw away. At this point I was aggravated and decided to leave without a coffee. The manager ended up giving me cash out of his own pocket to refund me the price I paid which was great but I’ll never stop at this place again.

Server smile at us but never spoken to us, young man place silverware on table also didn’t spoke, Table beside of us was served before us. Order appetizers never came out. When food order finally came out it was cold, two of my guest only got one side was suppose to get two. At the end didn’t charge for appetizers. Paid for full meal and sill left a tip. Had better service in the past.

Nobody at the drive thru speaker and a line of cars. We drove up to place our order and were told that they were closing almost an hour and a half early and wouldn’t be cooking any more chicken. Very unpleasant attitudes from the staff despite our understanding when they were out of everything we tried to order and said they wouldn’t be cooking anything. Then they only gave us half our order and instead of apologizing, several staff members gathered at the window raising their voices saying that we weren’t missing anything. The general manager comes out while his employees are yelling, didn’t apologize, and accused me of making a mistake. The staff took no ownership for the mistake but eventually agreed to just charge me again. My second time visiting this location, both times were by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food location. Will not be returning.

It is absolutely the most terrible customer service of all bojangles I have ever been to. It was almost 830 in the morning and wouldn’t let us in. Couldn’t go through the drive thru and you could see the girls inside holding up the counter while on their phones. I called the local number and she hung up on me after I asked if she was going to let us in. I wouldn’t stop here again if it was the last restaurant open. They hire people that don’t want to work and just stand around doing nothing for a paycheck. They should close this Bojangles down so the people would have to find something else to do with their life. If I was the owner I would fire everyone of them and start fresh.

I drove 20 minutes to Bojangles & 20 minutes back & when I arrived back home my coffee was literally cold as was my Biscut. How little effort it would have taken to heat it up. This is the third time I’ve gone and it’s been awful every time. There are no redeeming qualities. Go to Waffle House and pay the same price for better for or even McDonalds would make sure you get hot coffee and food!

We were told we had to wait for fresh fries because my fiancee doesn’t eat salt on his fries. We sat in the parking lot for over 10 minutes so he went in to get our order. When he gets in the fries are not hot at all and they had salt so he had to wait again for fresh food. This was my first time trying Bojangles and it was just an okay experience with that kind of service.

It was a disappointing experience. The overall cleanliness of the dining room was horrible. The doors had a sticky film on them and all the glass windows were filthy. The drive thru attendant had some issue with the biscuit maker about dropping fresh fries, so we had to suffer the consequence by receiving cold, old fries. Lastly, we ordered Cajun chicken biscuits but were charged and given steak biscuits. I would not recommend this Bojangles. So disappointing!!

Chicken supreme tenders need to be cooked to order. There’s nothing worst then dry tough (choking you) Chicken tenders. If you wouldn’t eat it then DON’T serve it to the customer.
