I’ve had better. Rice was terrible. Passed it along to the manager. He offered another side but I just wanted to let them know about the rice. Maybe this is the norm. Great job Mejia. Very helpful and super nice.

Everything was good till someone came in with a dog in a bag. Was not a service dog. Didn’t like it in a restaurant. If was a service dog then no problem but a little pet. No thank you.

I forgot to post this yesterday. We went early in the morning before we had to go to Heb. Since it was still breakfast they didn’t have fries yet and my 4 yr old is in a picky eater stage lol. David who helped us was really kind and said they could drop some for her. He got our food fast and was very friendly. When it was time to pay the cashier Hayden was sweet. My aunt asked to speak to the manager and Hayden thought it was to complain but it was to tell the manager how well and kind they were. Plus the food was really good

Waited at the speaker to get our order taken. NO ONE is in the front all other cars have been serviced and are gone. Yet there are 5 other cars waiting in line behind us. We have a pretty big truck so we turned it off to hear the intercom. Still no one answers. So we say Hello? Still no one answers. So we think maybe the speakers aren’t working. We waited for 10 min maybe a little more. We drive up to the window only to be looked at by literally everyone and not not be acknowledged. Another 5-8 min. We were about to leave till finally the only girl standing closest to the window, opens the window and asks for our order. We ask if the intercom is broken, she says “no its working just fine, maybe it was because of how loud your truck is……..” I used to come here every morning for breakfast tacos. Now I see why I stopped coming. Terrible service, terrible attitude.

Ordered at drive through…added cheese to 2 of the tacos, charged, but not added. The soft drink I ordered was flat and tacos were barely filled. I felt we were rushed through at the window. I normally love Bill Miller, but today’s experience has left me thinking I need to go elsewhere for breakfast.

Young man that I paid at the drive thru window failed to give me a receipt while giving me back my change. When I arrived home, I realized that they forgot my tea and I also discovered my combo order was incomplete, no side accomodations (bread, pickles, onions), no plastic forks, spoons nor knife. About 20 minutes later I called that exact location to talk to the manager, she informed me that they could not find a receipt for my order. Although she offered me to bring back the order to be replaced. With gas prices nowadays it wasn’t worth it.

A business is a reflection of the manager who runs it, I am so dissatisfied with my delivery order. I feel the manager at this location should learn some things

We often stop at Bill Miller’s on Sunday afternoon to pick up lunch. Usually, the food is good. Unfortunately, today was an exception. This review is based solely on today’s visit. I hope to be able to revise it soon. If today were our first visit, we would likely not be returning. The chicken was over battered and over cooked. The chicken was dry almost to the point of being inedible. We understand that this does not usually happen, but for today we are disappointed. We feel that we wasted our money, and that we should have gone somewhere else.
