If you are picking up remember to check your food. I didn’t receive any protein in the food that I ordered and apparently you won’t get any refund if they mess up on their end.

Other reviews here are a bit overdone – this place is fine. Food tastes pretty much the same as any of the fast casual bowl styled places.
This is a bit too pricey though. Every add on is an extra charge.
The food is okay; they do give a heavier portion of rice and the best protein choice is the chicken. Shrimp and beef portions just feel a bit smaller than they should be.
The inside is pretty fresh and clean looking.
Hard to recommend over any of the other alternatives but definitely worth giving a try.

If you want a non kid-friendly place with extreme profanity for dine in, this place is for you.
I’ve never in years of visiting local restaurants/fast food ever visited a place where they had an employee take a whole booth for one person? That’s what back of the house is for. My daughter, who is two, constantly ran around couldn’t be withheld because the bubbakoo employee wanted to express her profanity throughout the restaurant on her break.
The food was a strong 3, they placed down a container which was supposed to be our wings, and wasn’t- was quesadillas. The checkout process had NO itemized receipt, instead just a signed copy.. so honestly I don’t what I paid for.
I had the chiwawa, chips, my daughter had grilled chicken.. the condiments were most certainly fresh, line was short, and parking up front.
As for the self proclaimed “entrepreneur” employee that wanted to curse nonstop on the phone while taking up a whole both with my daughter around.
Kudos. Go to the one by scotch plains/Clark.. this location is terrible.

I just finished up a 30-mile ride. I’m about to tear this burrito bowl up! I thought about this all day while riding. I’m on an empty stomach right now and this is definitely going to do the trick and fill me up their food is fresh and delicious. Good customer service, never have to wait and as always, a friendly staff.

TODAY was a great experience. I guess the first shift guy and girl (she looked new); the gentleman was great at answering my L questions and making the tacos fulfilling. He also recommending a burrito. The service was GREAT, A+ today and I wish for it to be this same exact way as far as quality and Quantity goes.

I order a mango habanero grilled chicken taco bowl today and it looked good while the server was making my taco bowl but when I started eating it the lettuce was not fresh. It was disgusting which ruined the whole meal. Waste of $10. Never again will I be order from this restaurant.

Food tasted great, I had the birria and my co worker had the shrimp and steak burrito, but the portion sizes were way to small the burrito was $20 and my hand was bigger then it not to mention they didn’t even put shrimp in the burrito, and the birria was $17 for 3 small birrias the food tasted great but it’s way too overpriced for the serving sizes.
