If I could give them a negative review I would! I ordered a bowl on DoorDash and my chicken was literally raw!!! Idk how many bites I had before realizing it! They could literally kill someone by serving food like this!! DON’T EAT HERE! I don’t know what kind of food safety procedures you all have in place but it is clearly not working! Anyone with basic food safety knowledge knows to check the temperature of chicken and ensure it is above 165 degrees before serving! The minimum requirement of a food establishment is to ensure proper food safety and you can’t even do that. It is unacceptable!

We’re back! We left town for 3 years and within 24 hours of being back in San Antonio, we came to Freebirds and it’s even better than I remember. The food is amazing and the service is great! I got a monster burrito and was not disappointed. Check out the cinematic video of deliciousness

This place used to be decent. If you like bean and rice burritos, this is the spot for you. Seems to be a growing trend lately with all these burrito chain joints, paying $15+ for a burrito with a sprinkle of meat.

Kim was absolutely friendly and will be returning because of her! The other workers were amazing as well but I didn’t get their names. The food was delicious! The chicken was my favorite thing, very juicy and flavorful.

Heard it was better than chipotle… which isn’t hard to beat but it does have more flavor.
I ordered a vegetarian taco, the beans and rice came on the side which was odd. The flour tortilla was filled with all the sauces, lettuce, pepper and onions and guacamole. Very odd. I was hoping the sauces came on the side but oh well. Whatever they added was tasty.
The taco was tasty.
Signed up for rewards and got free chips and dip. I tried the queso which is kinda smoky/peppered( not black pepper, other peppers or chiles)
It pairs well with the food but it’s not my idea of addicting queso. Won’t get again.
The chips are fun but don’t care for the heavy corn flavor or whatever that is. Goes with the unique theming of the food but nothing I’d crave once I’m back in Vegas.
Worth a try if you’re not vegeterian. If you are vegetarian, get the kids meal lol

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst freebirds I’ve ever had food from. I ordered doordash from them and they forgot to give me the queso so doordash gave me a credit and I ordered again and I called to make sure they put the queso on top so it wouldn’t be forgotten and they didn’t put it on there again. Don’t go to this place the employees don’t pay attention to what they’re doing and they wasted my time and money.

Food was good but we had to wait quite a while for them to restock on the meats, it was also way pricier than we thought it’d be. $40 for two people (2 burritos, 2 drinks, chips and 2oz queso) is not what we expected.
