I walked in after 11 pm and was greeted with smiles and kindness. I asked a couple of questions and they were so polite. I was handed my food and when I tried to pay they told me merry Christmas
I can’t tell you how much that kindness meant to me. It may not seem like a big deal to some, but for me, at this time ,during this season, it meant everything. Thank you so much to those boys at Franklin Wendy’s.

Don’t know why but I always have a hard time getting fresh fries from this Wendy’s in particular. I continue to go back regardless because of the staff and of course it’s around the corner so that always helps. The burgers are almost always delicious and fresh, watch out for the chicken tho.. sometimes it sits around from 2pm (after lunch rush) to whenever you get there…

Had a good breakfast at Wendy’s in the Pilot Station. The staff was pleasant and service was quick and efficient. Meal was hot and tea was not super sweet. Tables were clean also. Thanks for a good stop in.

Went there for the best spicy chicken sandwich and came home only to have the worst chicken sandwich. The new fries were good last week but unfortunately they also were the worst ever this time. They both looked and tasted like they had been reheated over again.

My experience was very bad. I would not want anyone else to come and buy food from here. I ordered from them. They deliberately gave me the wrong order. When I asked them to correct it, they gave me a very bad impression. Then after waiting for 20 minutes, they gave me my order in a very rude way. This is very wrong. I also felt racist in it.

I ordered 2 baconator’s, but only got one. The manager Tara had an attitude probably, and started taking other people’s orders. Worst experience I’ve ever had. They need to hire people who don’t have an attitude with customers. The bacon on the fries is burnt.

Well Franklin did have 2 Wendy’s but now one shut down.. we ordered a few things and used door dash to have it delivered.. let’s say they for got to put the nuggets in the bag and my Jr Bacon was horrible.. now door dash is closed and we can’t even do anything about it.. makes u think twice about using a delivery service.. but when u don’t have a car because thereat work every night it’s our only option.. But look at this burger that’s y places shut down cause people pay good money and get this.

I am not so sure that your manager, owner, supervisor, whoever the lady was in the lightly colored green shirt that was leaving as I was about to place my order would have appreciated your comments or your behavior towards customers …
Maybe there are some people in this world that have certain dietary restrictions or medical conditions that modifications have to be made … but that’s okay I see how insensitive you and your co worker were especially since you were both talking loud enough for me to hear out in the lobby …
