The food portions are huge here and everything is delicious. The employees are super friendly especially Maria and Enrique! I got the barbecue burger and was surprised at how big it was. I loved everything about the restaurant and will definitely come back more in the future to try the other menu items! I highly recommend you try this out if you are staying at the DoubleTree.

At the ground floor of Double Tree Rosemont. Not crowded, well functionally designed interior. Service OKish although they offered me a check too early. Reasonable quality of salmon, drinkable merlot.

Me and a group of six others was staying at the Doubletree and decided that we would get something to eat before going to bed. I got a Diet Coke a piece of cheesecake and a order of wings. The wings was $14 for six of them and they were pretty small. The hot wings were not too bad on the taste, but at the end of our meal, the check was given instead of being broken up. The waiter said that they cannot break up the bill and then proceeded to hand it to the oldest lady in our group. For most of us just getting simple appetizers and a few drinks the bill was over $141. The one person said that the bacon cheeseburger was excellent but I don’t think any of us appreciated. The bill being handed to the oldest lady if our group.

Great food and great service. I had the soup of the day and I highly recommend the Caribbean jerk salmon salad with honey mustard dressing! It was fantastic. Maria was my server and she was amazing!

Great variety of breakfast food. Had a Fresh Custom omelette, French toast, breakfast potatoes, biscuit w/ gravy and yogurt. Staff was super friendly and consistently checked to make sure we were all set. Loved having the small decanter of coffee on the table ready when you sat at a table so we didn’t have to wait for refills.

Ive been here a few times. The only issue i have is that half the staff is really good and the other half are rude and not at all interested in customer service. I went there for dinner and the 1 employee that i made eye contact with, went into the kitchen and ignored me. The place was empty except for 2 people seated at the bar.

Just sad, with absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I’ve ate here multiple times, when I visit for work. And this will be my last! Food has started to taste very bland. I sat waiting 25 minutes for a waitress to even approach or acknowledge me to take my order. Huge upsell on simple dishes. The younger hispanic girl and the older African women, were standing behind the bar using lots of profanity and also making fun of/laughing at customers. I’ve never seen customer service as bad as this. I ordered breakfast here, and was already finished with my meal by the time the toast came out ♀️ the workers sitting on their phone while there’s customers waiting to be attended. Many hidden gems down the street, much better then this place! With servers who not only care about there tips, but the customer and quality of the food.

Yummy breakfast buffet, the best scrambled eggs I’ve had in a long time: soft, creamy, flavorful. And from a buffet line? The fruit was ripe and sweet, and the bacon cooked just how I like it: well done but with some chew. Not over done and brityle; not underdone and rubbery chewy. ⚡️⚡️
