The food was meh. I got the ribeye. I will start by saying that I cleaned my plate. So it wasnt THAT bad… But the steak was chewy and lacked flavor. And it might have been a touch over-done from the med-rare I asked for; AND it was way too thin. I’d be surprised if someone said it was half an inch thick. But again, I finished it. It wasn’t nearly bad enough to complain about. But for nearly $50, it wasn’t up to snuff. The green beans and mashed potatoes were both pretty good.
Service was good enough. Our waiter was on top of everything and fast. Can’t ask for more.
We stopped in because we had limited time between check in at the hotel and when the concert started at Joe’s live across the street/parking lot. If we had more time, we probably wouldve gone somewhere else. It’s not bad, but it’s not great food either. Again, for nearly $50, you would probably be better off somewhere else. But if it’s your only option, you won’t feel bad either.
They seemed pretty kid friendly, fwiw.

Staying at the Rosemont Embassy Suites by Hilton. We were looking for a new place to eat and heard about the DoubleTree restaurant. Wandered over and decided to order their chicken sandwiches for TAKEOUT. Mr. Abderrahim took care of us! Exceptional customer focus and service. Next time we will eat there! The food was excellent. My husband had the crispy breaded chicken sandwich; I had the chicken grilled (w/o breading). Melted cheese and coleslaw topped the chicken and it was in a brioche bun. Juicy and succulent, tasty, and delicious! Highly recommend! We didn’t wait very long. Walked to the Embassy Suites and the food was still hot. Thank you, Mr. Abderrahim and to your staff. Our customer experience was fantastic because of you…. your kindness and humor! Since we spend lots of time at your next store sister hotel…..we will see you again soon!

The food portions are huge here and everything is delicious. The employees are super friendly especially Maria and Enrique! I got the barbecue burger and was surprised at how big it was. I loved everything about the restaurant and will definitely come back more in the future to try the other menu items! I highly recommend you try this out if you are staying at the DoubleTree.

At the ground floor of Double Tree Rosemont. Not crowded, well functionally designed interior. Service OKish although they offered me a check too early. Reasonable quality of salmon, drinkable merlot.

Decent for breakfast, a little pricey for the quality, but it’s open early and all you can eat.
I kind of wish the breakfast potatoes had onions and peppers mixed in with them.

Great bar & casual dining area. Had the special filet, medium rare!! Perfect & delicious. Bar tender was pleasant & the reason I decided to stay & eat!! Sorry my picture was after eating some .

Depressing, slow service, bartender complaining about management when he gets caught goofing off. It works if you just need food and are too tired to care and don’t want to deal with the fantastic steakhouse next door.

Every year I come here the bartenders act unprofessional and honestly… trashy. Last year the man kept rambling about his inappropriate childhood trauma. This year as I was deciding which food menu to get, which I choose carefully because I have a chronic pain problem and specifically avoid inflammatory foods, he decided that the restaurant is “closed right now” since I didn’t order in a split second and wanted to look at the menu. It hasn’t even been 60 seconds so I still don’t even know what’s on the menu yet. He didn’t say it in a, “oh sorry we just closed” way, it was a “gotcha” way since I didn’t order literally right away. So I did this review before I even looked at the menu because this is the second year in a row. It’s probably because they also work exotica that they think they can treat people any way

Warning: the internet menu is very outdated. The Maps app shows the recent menu as the 3rd photo. We had lunch and dinner, and the food and service was very good. The carbonara was a little bland, but the chicken was very good. But the portions huge. The soup of the day was very good and a large serving.

Had an amazing time at BC Bistro and Lounge! The drinks were top-notch—creative cocktails with the perfect balance of flavors. The bartenders really know their stuff and are super friendly, making sure every drink was exactly to my liking
