This is ridiculous! These ppl stay closed, every time I come with my kids they are closed. Today is a Chinese holiday and they are closed!! That’s not even your holiday, I can understand the Chinese store closing but this is unacceptable. The place is stale inside yes but the pizza is good a wouldn’t dare eat from the other place around the corner that you are now forced to eat because there is nothing else to eat in this town. The only reason why I didn’t write a review years ago is because it’s as close to NYC pizza tour going to get up here but I am so annoyed because where else are you getting food on a Tuesday night In Wurtsboro? It blatantly says open when you look online. They pick and chose what days they are going to open when they feel like it bad business. Ariana’s in Ellenville is better but the drive is a bit much unless you’re in the area. I wish I can boycott them but my kids love it! It’s 6pm 2/17/26. THEY ARE CLOSED UNNECESSARILY!

My boyfriend is a chef so we don’t get take out a lot because he prefers to cook himself, he’s also super picky. We both were extremely impressed with the food here. We placed an order at 7:30 at night and everything tasted super fresh, they also didn’t do a rush job which a lot of places tend to do when they are closing soon . the portions were also huge. The penne vodka was the best I’ve ever had and he said his Philly cheese steak was amazing. They also were generous with the amount of bread they gave us without having to ask for extra. Prices are good too.

The restaurant part is not somewhere I would want to do anything other than walk through to order. Would rather eat in my car than the stale interior of this pizza place which is fine. I’m here for pizza not atmosphere. Unfortunately the pizza was mid range at best, the dough was good and the cheese was alright but the sauce really took way from the other ingredients. At 3 dollars for a plain slice is not a bad price and the slice was large. The cashier was friendly and welcoming so props to her. I will drive to rock hill or go to the place down the street before I came back. But in a pinch, it’s pizza and that’s what we are here for. Gotta luv it isn’t inherently bad just the flavor is not what I am personally looking for. There is better pizza out there.

For the location and size of this mom and pop pizza shop I have to say their pizza is always good, fresh, and the price point is more than reasonable. Get your pizza by the pie or the slice. If you haven’t tried the Mama’s Slices you don’t know what you’re missing!! I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who’s looking for good food at a reasonable price. And their service is also on point. Much respect to the entire Gotta Love It Pizza Family!!

This is one of those hidden gems. We were visiting from Florida and were craving some REAL NY style pizza. The pizza was out of this world delicious. The service was great even though they were super busy. It’s a small joint but you can tell the people take pride in their shop and it shows. If you ever come across this place I would highly recommend you stop in and get some delicious pizza.

2nd time in a row the food was bad. This time… Ice cold pizza, bad lettuce in the antipasto, (real bad lettuce)over cooked veal parm and missing food in a take out order. They can keep the missing food, it was probably bad as well.

I changed my review because they tried to price gauge me for two pies with nothing on it for $50, then got sandy when I pointed out the total should be $45 at most plus I need the money for the next day. I’m stranded with no car I bought a pie here every day for months while I had the car because the kitchen has problems with gas leaks and I can’t use the stove. No loyalty or appreciation. It’s true, I feel back stabbed. Enjoy all the profit from the overpriced food I bought all year. I’ll find someone else. Benny’s pizza just opened on 209 in Huguenot.
