I placed an delivery order on January 15 and today January 21. I received my confirmation email right away that my order was received. On both days my order was delivered 1 hour after being placed. This Jimmy John’s used to be #1 with delivery mind you I’m only 3.4 mi away from this establishment. This is absolutely my last time ordering online. I would prefer that someone call me to tell me they don’t have a driver instead of taking my lunch hour waiting for my lunch to arrive.

Today was my first time visiting! I ordered the Turkey Tom combo! I asked for pepper Jack cheese of course I didn’t know they didn’t have that. The cashier stated “We only have provolone, this place isn’t customizable it’s meant to be quick”. When my sub was complete. It was placed on the counter along with my potato salad(not in a bag). The orders around my order were in BAGS so I asked “is it possible to get a bag” the same cashier stated “help yourself” a gentleman next to him placed my sub in a bag and handed it to me (very politely). I was curious about the “non-customizable” subs, so I took a look online and to my surprise, they’re very much so customizable. My first visit and will be my last visit due to the customer service and due to a bland sandwich combo.

This is of no fault to the food or the normal staff. However since they’ve changed owners the employees are not getting paid or receiving their tips for over a month now. Which is down right criminal in holiday season.

When I order a $10 sandwich, I expect some meat on the bun. I had a hard time finding any meat under all the lettuce and tomato’s.

This place is amazing! I’ve went into a few jimmy
john’s and never had an experience like I did at the one in Peachtree Corners. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a dozen employees and everyone was quiet while I was placing my order. I don’t remember the cashiers name but she was amazing and I went on 3/4/24 at around noon. The whole store was filled with great vibes and I was just in time for the toasted sandwich launch. I actually signed up to be a rewards member at the register because of this particular experience despite having been to multiple stores. My toasted italian sandwich was amazing and the service was quick! By the time I completed the ordering process my sandwich was ready and I was on my way. Thank you so much to the whole staff that made my entire day 🙂 <3

Horrible service, tried to call location and got nowhere with the woman who answered the phone. Try to tell me they couldn’t look up the order to fix issues. Very bad customer service no wonder why they have a 3.3 rating, read before you order. Sandwich missing half of what it was supposed to get.

We always get slow service delivery at noon. Took 40 minutes to get our order. On top of which they forgot things. Avoid location if delivery is a must.

The level of service I have received lately has been really poor. It takes over an hour to get orders when ordering online. I’ve had better luck in the past, but there were also times when my order was wrong. Making mistakes sometimes happens, but admit it and make amends. To falsely blame a co-worker of your customer for an order being late when it was really because it was delivered late is just wrong. It is also wrong for a manager to have the attitude that the customer is somehow unjustified in calling after not receiving the order for over an hour to ask why. I tried to be nice and kept my calm despite the situation. Yet, I get a response from the manager that was snooty and rude. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. You lost another customer!
