First, the service was amazing! One person was working the front and they seemed to be everywhere they were needed. The atmosphere was good and the crab dip was the best I’ve ever had. I thought I’d find my favorite, but they were easily dethroned. Truly worth going for.

Best Crabs Ever! Today, we had a dozen of the biggest, heaviest, most delicious crabs we ever had! We ate till we were full and took home huge claws and picked crabmeat. Katlyn took excellent care of us! Will definitely be back (it’s been our go-to place for crabs for years).

We went to this crab shack with the intent of getting crabs. Service was slow and the waitress hardly checked on us. The table next to us that came in after us was given service before us. The waiter then informed us they were out of crab after they just served the last to the table next to us. After waiting longer, our party was then informed they were also out of scallops, forcing our guests to change orders after waiting for nearly an hour. Appetizers were served without utensils or napkins. Over an hour to get salads to the table. When the food finally arrived it it was cold and very mediocre while being small in size and very expensive. Avoid this place like the plague, this was the worst service Ive ever had.

Went here to get some crabs. First as we walking in a waitress says, you can sit anywhere you want. We find a place to sit. Then the waitress comes over and says, can I start you off with something to drink. We both order ginger ale. Then proceed to place order for crabs. We both take drinks out of our ginger ale. Then I happen to look at my friends drink and see something black floating in it. I pick the cup up and see that it is a bug in it. I take the cup and remove it from her because she has a weak stomach. When I go tell the waitress what I find she proceeds to pick up another cup to give her a new drink. Then she apologized and says they have a net problem. I told her we are going to leave. She got upset and said “for real”. I said “Yes”. So ma’am, you want us to eat food with possibility of bugs in it??? No, we gone. They need to do a real good cleaning to this establishment. Especially the walls.. We proceeded to go to Mike’s.

Took hours for services. When the waitress finally came around, she seemed like she didn’t even know what she was doing, nor did she even remember what we’ve ordered. She mixed up everyone’s checks. Orders were incomplete and clients were charged for missing items and items other individuals ordered. Most menu items were out of stock. Highly wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s an absolute trash pit… I’d give it zero stars. Don’t waste your time or your money.

This is a great place to stop in and get some really good food. We stopped in here actually because another restaurant in the area was closed for the day, but we weren’t disappointed. The service was great, we got to pick our seats (which is something I personally like) and the food/drinks were great.

Order shrimp dinner today over the phone .. first time to eat the foodit was not busy.. the shrimp was burnt and dry… two out of the five were okay…the salad mainly made of the inners of the iceberg lettuce… While on the phone the waitress became inpatient and they were NOT busy at all. NEVER going back

This was the worst place we’ve been to on our trip. Service was doo doo water, many item on the menu not on the menu anymore. Told our table “we don’t have crab” but proceeded to give the table that sat after us crab. Lots of Cold/late/missing food. I could go on but I won’t. Thanks.
