DO NOT EAT HERE… DEAD BUG, LOTS OF GREASE, AND ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Today I ordered a Chickenator with Parm Tots for lunch. I asked for the Vader sauce on the side instead of in the sandwich and added chipotle ranch on the side. As soon as I left and opened my food I realized that they didn’t put the Vaders sauce on the side (it was still on the sandwich) and that they didn’t give me my ranch that I had paid extra for. I decided it wasn’t that big of deal but as soon as I took a bite of the sandwich I saw what looked like a dead bug on the inside of the sandwich wrapper. I started to inspect my sandwich and ended up finding a 1-2 inch hair under the top bun. At that point I knew I wouldn’t be able to eat the sandwich but was happy to still have my tater tots. I opened the package and there was so much grease! I don’t typically complain but at this point I wasn’t eating any of it so I called to ask for a refund. I was immediately told by the lady who answered and then by the male she passed the phone to that ‘The cook is bald so I don’t know how there could be a hair in your food’. I started to explain that there is hair everywhere and before I could finish I was cut off with ‘Oh now there is hair everywhere?’ I kindly explained that there is hair everywhere and it can come from anywhere and that it does not have to come off of someones head to land in my food. I then went on to explain how I never got the ranch on the side that I was charged for and that the tater tots were also covered in grease. I was told ‘Well ya they are cooked in grease.’ I stated that I obviously understood but that there was way too much and that I couldn’t even eat it. I asked for a refund since it was an all-around bad experience and I wouldn’t be eating any of it. I was told that they do not refund pick up orders since they cannot confirm if there’s a real issue. I could tell that this guy was not interested in resolving anything based on the tone in his voice. He did not offer any other solution (remake the food, partial refund, credit for next time, etc.) and the lack of professionalism was unreal. I let him know that clearly he is not focused on customer service or resolving the issue and that I would just leave a review online to which he hung up on me. I literally have not had to deal with such terrible customer service in a very long time. I was shocked at the amount of attitude I received from both of the staff there.

As someone living the gluten free life, it’s always exciting to find a safe gluten-free meal. Everything that is fried at Vader’s is gluten free, so that is one less thing to worry about it. I had the infamous breaded pork tenderloin sandwich with a gluten free bun and garlic Parm fries. My husband had the Hot Totchos. The food was excellent. I just wish it was a bit closer to us.

I’ve been celiac for 14 years and it’s been that long since I’ve had a pork tenderloin sandwich and a breaded chicken sandwich. They were delicious. Everybody was friendly, relaxed atmosphere, and they truly are gluten free. I did not get sick at all. Can’t wait to go back.

Our crew was working on a pipe job nearby so we stopped in for lunch they have a pretty good selection of food on their menu I like that they give you the option of having chicken or burger on almost any sandwich and the wait staff was very good our food came out very quick and it was delicious. We will definitely be eating here again.

Nice place, very friendly server/waitress. Had a cheese burger qith bacon that was very good and their french fries were perfectly done. Need a wider variety of local craft beers on tap.

The staff at the bar was incredibly friendly! The smaller lunch burger basket is a great lunch size. The French fries were good, the bun on the burger was soft and fresh. The burger patty had an off putting flavor. I’m not sure if it was overly garlic or overly pepper but it made the burger inedible for me. It had that good messy quality that requires many napkins.

Since I’m grain free I love all of their GF options. The chicken tenders and tots are the best. I didn’t love the fries as much as the tots. The staff is always very friendly. I do wish we could order stuff to go online or delivery through doordash. But love it! Also go wildcats!! 🙂

Gluten free dream. First fried chicken sandwich I’ve been able to order at a restaurant since being diagnosed celiac almost ten years ago. From fried chicken, to cheeseburgers, french fries, gluten free beer and cider and so much more – they have you covered. So excited to say I’ve found my new favorite spot.
