What a clown show! I ordered Uber Eats and I ordered two Pepsi with the order! When I called, he said they sent me diet Pepsi because they ran out of regular Pepsi! Consistently bad quality pizza. Its like eating raw cold suace on a piece of dough. Never baked correctly. Filled out many surveys from Pizza Hut. It seems like the manager/owner or corporate have given up on this location or simply just don’t care. Eating a cardboard box probably will taste better. Stay away from this place

it’s impossible to speak to someone at the store, the call center just hangs up on you. they cancel your order don’t even tell you why or send an email you only know because you’re waiting for your pizza and then finally notice it was refunded not knowing why you call to ask why and they say if they cancelled it’s for a reason. terrible customer service called 4 times got hun up on and then wait on hold for who knows how long each time such a shame because i love pizza this location just sucks i never have this issue with macarthur rd location

I called 2 times after 16 minutes of getting hung up on twice I got to speak to someone. Not only was the person rude but he explained to me 3 times how the $2 personal pizza deal is expired but I have it in my phone i am on there website and it shows this location having the deal After I was able to ask are you not going to honor the deal he tells me he didn’t say that and … hangs up the phone. He didn’t say that but explains how it’s expired … This was today at 12:57 pm I’ll be going to social media and calling his manager about my experience.
