I ordered an ice cream cake 3 days in advance and when I called day of to see if it was ready a little early – I found out that it was never even made. Seriously don’t even bother trying to order cakes from this location. I was also told a manager would talk to me which never happened.

I came to Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts around 7pm. Staff was great however when asked if they had a hot chocolate for a sundae I was told the machine has been broken this ruled out a banana split as well. I asked how long it had been broken and the employee stated it has been broken for as long as they have been employed for about a month.

Literally the absolute worst experience ever. Came in with not a single employee in site.. Two then popped out from the back and acted as if we weren’t there for a few minutes. One came to take our order- tried to order a brownie sundae, he stated they had no brownies. Tried to them get a chocolate cone in which they were also out of. My spouse tried to order a milkshake and they said there blender is down for the night. They close in an hour and a half. No reason to keep a place open that doesn’t have half the things advertised nor the proper employees and/or customer service.

Second time in recent times (past couple months) I couldn’t get service during posted hours. Last time, I was able to go end, but I was told that they were closed and I couldn’t get ice cream anymore. Tonight, I came at 830, door was locked. A guy inside was mopping. He didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Door and here says open until 9. Apparently not.

They literally never have hardly anything let alone flavors. All you hear on the speaker almost every time I go there is “sorry we don’t have” no chocolate ice cream no strawberry no sprinkles no chocolate syrup etc whoever is running this store needs to be fired ASAP

Went here on 9/12 around 8pm, the lady that was working was standing outside on the phone and turn off the sign lights and the drive thru menu sign to act like they were closed. She was quite rude and impatient because she didn’t end up getting off the phone before taking my order. When I asked what flavors they had she listed only three flavors, I asked “is the chocolate chip ice cream just vanilla with chocolate chips in it?” She responds “um I don’t know it’s a chocolate chip ice cream”….very rude and very unhelpful. Not only that she ended up putting all my ice cream into a three scoop cup when neither of us said anything about a 3 scoop. When I told her that it was wrong she got even more annoyed and was still cussing out the person to whoever was on the phone with her. This is so unprofessional, I hope they get some actual adults working there for managers. Seems like they’ve had terrible reviews for the past couple months and still hasn’t been fixed.

This place needs to be closed. I ordered two cups of ice cream and the guy working said “just give me $5, I need some gas money”. The ice cream tasted terrible and they had a crook running the register. I love Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, but I’ll never go back to this one.

I’ve tried this location many times since it’s the closest to our home but unfortunately they never have many flavors and waffle cones are barely ever made, don’t even try to order a specialty cone. Service is terrible and I always feel like an inconvenience to the employees just by walking in.

No bananas for splits. Winn Dixie is in the same shopping center. Not 31 flavors at this store…just 12… and nobody’s favorite. Service sucks… whoever thought a Dunkin’ Donut/ Baskin Robbin combo was a good idea must have been high.
