It’s a fast food restaurant so I don’t had high expectations. In recent times they’ve improved but I have several times in the past had roast been that was very dried out or overcooked. It was not very appetizing. Customer service can be hit and miss at times you’ll get someone to help you right away other times you’re standing wondering where everyone is.

I ordered a double roast beef and a large fresh crinkle fry. The fries were definitely fresh and hot! I will give credit for the fries! The sandwich was warm too! The fact that we waited roughly 15 minutes for my food is what upsets me! Seriously, the fryer went off twice, with plenty of time to spare. There was no explanation offered, nor was there an apology given! I definitely understand there is an employee shortage, but the lack of customer service is disgusting! I work in customer service and would be fired for this behavior!

Went there and paid 10$ for two bacon beef and cheddars. Asked for extra cheese and red ranch and they never put it on buy still charged me. Used to be so much better! Just terrible service lately.

Service was incredibly slow; I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes! The kid handed me my food, without saying a single word. No thank you, no apology for the wait, nothing! And it was cold! I don’t usually leave reviews like this but this was just awful customer service. Sorry, never again.
