I came in and knew I was hungry but was not sure what I wanted and Felicia on her own came and stood by my side and went over the menu with me, she asked me what I wanted and explained what is in everything I thought I would like and she just was very very helpful and so extremely nice and caring. I have never had anyone care to help me the way Felicia did before and I found it really nice and thoughtful and I’m going to make it a point to stay coming back because I love to go where employees care about their customers and their job and it’s so rare. If I could, I’d give ten stars!!

The manager that was on shift that night, an older black woman, myself and 2 other customers couldn’t believe how rude she was. She was talking about customers to her employees while she had 7 customers waiting around for their food, 3 of them we’re for door dash, I ordered online, waited for 20mins and then come to find out, my food was sitting there the whole time….what a joke, I’d rather go to the other location in Fall River then come back here

I LOVEEEEE this specific location!! I drive to the N.Main location even though I closer to 3 others! Ever since my 1st online order when Matt greeted me and asked name on the order I said Jaimie and his response was “um…. do you mean Purfect…Purfectdizaster?” I said “omg yep that’s me!!!” I asked his name and because he was so light hearted professional and funny I’ve never gone anywhere else! The food is always consistent and fast!!! Great job North Main you captured my heart and craving from hello!!!!
