Lobby closes at 10 but here it is 9:20 and doors are locked. I try not to use drive thru as my truck is loud and I attempt to be courteous to those in the industry as I’ve worked it before myself. So if this is how night crew does things then there needs to be more management oversight for night crew until they can properly manage the store at night

First off, I ordered chicken tenders, and I think they gave me the oldest ones in the building. They were dark Brown hard as hell and cold when they arrived at my house. Granted only lived like 2.5 miles from a store. The gravy was cold. Everything had to be reheated, which made it even worse. And I’m considering I spent almost $30 on my meal. It should have been excellent, not to mention my driver who delivered my food smelled like pot.

One…two…three strikes..You’re OUT! Miserable management. Horrible attitude at the front of the house. It’s fast food folks, it’s NOT that hard to get it right. I’m not one to complain as I’m in a service minded vocation as well, but this is ridiculous….I’ve tried to make this work here, but cant overcome the monumental level of incompetence and general disregard for common courtesy at this location. Buyer beware – – – despite the “craving”….do NOT go here at all!

Do NOT order from here. I am so disgusted with my food. I ordered the famous bowl and as I go to take a bite I find a long brown hair intertwined in my bite of mashed potatoes and chicken. Do they not wear hair nets or keep their hair out of the damn food while they prepare it? We don’t spend money for nasty inedible food. And all they have to say is talk to Uber Eats. Like no type of accountability. Will never order here again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! This is easily the worst interaction I have ever had at a Fast food Restaurant. Terrible Customer service, they ignore you if you have an issue. And when I realized my order was incorrect they wouldn’t help me and the food I did end up with was nasty, old grease, soggy fries, Ect.
Worst of all was the Queso, I waited over 30 minutes in a parking spot waiting for my food, when I went inside they were not even making my order yet and stated they were waiting for fresh Queso. when I recived my Queso it was straight water and when I showed the guy at the front desk he said that’s how it is when it sits around for a while. This is interesting because they JUST SAID THAT IT WAS FRESH QUESO. In the end I left with cold food from waiting, no reimbursement on anything and two of my 3 items being incorrect.

After eating some of our food both of us felt extremely sick and my girlfriend ended up puking multiple times.

They will always always always make you pull up and wait for your food. Food is okay just like any other KFC but don’t go here unless you have all the time in the world.

$12.75 for three shriveled tenders that taste like week old grease and a small fry. I can’t wrap my head around that price. Definitely learned my lesson and will go to the million other chicken places within 5 minutes of this KFC. I can’t imagine this one will last much longer.

I came to this store to pick up a delivery order, not only was the wait time longer than needed, but it seems like there’s something very wrong with the management here. I watched two people get mocked and humiliated by a tall man (who I’m assuming is their manager) while what seemed to be two other co workers in the corner laughing at them, while sitting down. Not only was nobody packing my order, but the manager was berating the two workers on their cleaning when he should have been telling the other workers to go pack my food. I feel bad for those workers who must have been humiliated and hope something is done about this, seems like a very toxic environment.

I heard that Kentucky Fried chicken is trying to do a comeback and I wanted to support them. I ordered a two-piece meal for two people and our order was wrong. We did not order coleslaw,we ordered corn and had I known the sides were gonna be that small I would’ve ordered larger. It’s not enough to feed two people. I hate leaving a bad review, but I feel like I have to be honest and let you know how you’re doing. Service there was not too friendly as well and took a long time since I ordered online. Don’t think I’ll be going back. The customers were quiet it was the workers who were allowed

Terrible gave us slaw with gravy instead of mashed potatoes, no biscuits. Absolutely will not be coming back. Service is awful as well had to wait 15 minutes passed the pick up time just for the order to be completely wrong
