The nuggets and fries tasted fresh. The employee was talking to too many customers at the same time over the speaker for the drive thru making it confusing who was being served when. She said she had to finish one car ahead before helping me at the speaker. Possibly short staffed. I thought for 12 dollars the 12 nuggets with fries, biscuit, and medium drink was a good deal.

I ordered the 16 Piece Meal w/no wings accepted the extra charge. They got the order wrong gave me wings anyway No Biscuits Still charged me extra. I have ordered at this location before they can only handle simple orders like a 3 piece box meal they can’t handle or process bigger orders especially if you change something about the order there memory banks just aren’t there that said there not the only fast food place that has this problem almost all do.

I’ve been waiting to give this place a review for a while. Thank you for restoring my faith in the idea that KFC is a place worth eating at. You see, not all KFC experiences are the same. That said, I’ve been stopping at this same location of KFC at varied hours for 20+ years. I use their clean bathroom and I order a meal to eat on the road. As per usual, the chicken was fresh and tender and hadn’t sat under a hot lamp for several hours. I love KFC when they get it right and this is the ONLY location I’ve been to that consistently gets it right.
