U need to change your business hours that appear on Google. You are not open until 1am on Saturdays. Ordered online went to pick up and was told through the drive through that they were closed? I’m unsure why someone would answer the drive through speaker if it was indeed closed. This was an HOUR before the closing time posted online. It will take days to get my refund and a hassle to go through. This could have been avoided. So please change the business hours on Google. Thanks

I visit this Arby’s every now again, it’s the closest one to my house. And compared to all the Arby’s locations in or near Battle Creek I’d have to say its definitely the biggest and nicest. The last time my fiance and I visited we ordered a new sandwich and had an order that was made wrong from the time before and they happily replaced it with no issues at all. And the food was hot, fresh and delicious. I’m unsure of the young man at the counters name but he was helpful and pleasant. I will definitely be visiting this location again in the future.

There are only about 4 people working today. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but I always seem to have a problem with this place. After we waited a while for 2 meals, we noticed the broth for the French dip smelled horrible! Normally it is a dark brown broth. This time it was light colored and very gross. I took it back to the counter and they claimed that they freshly mixed it just a little while ago. $20 for 2 meals and one meal is incomplete because of this awful dipping sauce. He did not offer another cup, a refund, or anything. This was the only reason we drove all the way across town. We will be attending another arby’s from now on… if we choose to come at all.

I enjoy the food at Arby’s. I was hoping to get dinner tonight there around 8:30. There were 3 cars in the drive thru (including me) all the lights were on in and around the restaurant, but no cars in the parking lot. So I’m assuming the restaurant was closed. If that’s the case, it should be obvious that the restaurant is closed, which includes turning all the lights off so people aren’t wasting there time sitting, waiting for someone to answer. Just a courtesy.
