Seems they were short staffed. We had to wait in a short line, but there was no one taking customers in. We left and came back and finally got seats. Salad was super wilted and soggy. I didn’t bother to eat the rest, wasn’t worth it. I ordered the blackened salmon with loaded mash and garlic green beans. All was well. Took the server a while to bring extra sauces and refills. My Partner ordered sirloin 6oz medium, and it came medium well. The women’s bathroom was nasty. The ceiling in the hall between the restrooms was busted open and water pouring out into a trashcan. The carpeted floor was disgustingly soggy…

The only reason I gave 4 stars on the food was because there wasn’t much Alfredo sauce on the chicken and broccoli pasta Alfredo dish. The 4 Mac n cheese was delicious, the service was great, and the restaurant was clean. I’ll go back again

Our experience wasn’t bad or anything special. Our burgers were bland and unseasoned, which seems to be the normal for them. Our appatizers were a great highlight and arrived timely. A lot of the items that we tried to order off the menu weren’t available and as we were leaving, a table of disaster on the way out the door was covered in food from top to bottom and scattered across the floor. With that being said, although we had to wait a bit to be seated, our waitress was wonderful.

This place is our new spot to eat!! I hadn’t ate at an Applebee’s restaurant in a few years. The first time we went to the Mt Sterling location we really enjoyed it, so we have been back every other week since and they have been spot on every time! The food is delicious and the staff, always friendly! Check them out for a real treat!

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Applebee’s. I ordered my food online and opted for the car side to go service to save time. However, when I got home and opened my order, I realized that they missed two meals on our order and didn’t give any straws for our drinks. I tried to call them multiple times within the hour, but no one picked up. I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant, and by the time I got there, my food was cold. To make matters worse, the staff was unapologetic and didn’t offer any solutions. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. $60.00 for cold food. SMH

Service wasn’t great. Manager seemed annoyed and on edge over everything. Food was mediocre. Part of the food was forgotten and brought out right before we left. The steak was dry and lacking flavor. Waitress did good!

Steak was cooked well done, ask for medium. $ 1 dozen shrimp with steak came after the steak and not double crunch shrimp. Never got a refill of our drinks and didn’t even ask. Server would only acknowledge 1 person at the table (weird). Slow service , understaffed and dirty.

I usually enjoy my time at this Applebee’s, I’ve been many times. However, the last 2 times I’ve been the service has not been very timely or even good. It took hours to get food. 30 mins for even someone to come to the table after we were seated. Then, the server blamed the manager, saying his shift was way too long, and that was the excuse for the poor service.
