We did a delivery order. It took two hours to receive it. After waiting an hour they told us they didn’t have one of the items we wanted so we asked for a plain cheeseburger. We didn’t get a plain cheeseburger and my steak and potatoes were cold. Also didn’t look like it had the garlic butter on it. I called to complain because this is the second time they’ve messed up my order and they offered to remake it at another time. Wish is nice and I appreciate it but it’s frustrating this keeps happening.

We stopped in Saturday afternoon and the restaurant was very busy as a lot of people had shown up at the same time. We were seated right away and had our order taken in just a few minutes. Food came quickly and was very good. Our server was very friendly and attentive despite being very busy. Great experience and will definitely be back!

To say this was the worst experience, good, and service o have ever had at an Applebees or any restaurant would be an understatement.
1. Took about 7 minutes to even get a server to the table.
2. Appetizers took 31 minutes for cheese sticks and wontons.
3. Asked the server to bring out the kids meal with the appetizers. That did not happen. It was for a toddler who wanted her bite bites.
4. Asked the server for appetizer plates. Instead of getting them she went to another table and talked to them for 20 minutes. We ate them off napkins.
5. Food took another 30 minutes.
6. We had 4 adult meals and 2 kids meals. Not one person other than the toddler could eat their food. All the food was extremely overcooked. I would say we each maybe took 2-3 bites. Never did the server ask if everything was ok. As a previous server if I saw that 5 people didn’t eat their food I would ask what was wrong. But she apologized once we told her.
7. We had to ask for any refills we needed.
8. Manager did come to the table. One meal was comped as it was on a separate check and the other 5 melas were given a 50% off. So we had to pay for half the food that everyone took 2-3 bites of. We paid the restaurant to not eat.
They need to get servers who know that they don’t just pay attention to one table when you have multiple. And learn how to not overcook the food. But I guess that’s what the hour from ordering to get our food was. And also learn that you don’t charge customers to not eat!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Do better Applebees Mt.Sterling

Gave me the wrong food and there was caked on dirt in my cup. The fries was supposed to be mashed potatoes and the burger was supposed to be a classic and it had spicy sauce on it. Dont reccomend.

Danielle was an Awesome waitress she knew all of her regulars and what they ordered by heart. She could remember 4 or 5 different orders and enter them all at one time plus helping the other waitress and servers all while changing beer kegs and anything else that was needed. All with a friendly smile and great attitude. She really deserves a big raise! She made our evening out a memorable one!❤️

Seems they were short staffed. We had to wait in a short line, but there was no one taking customers in. We left and came back and finally got seats. Salad was super wilted and soggy. I didn’t bother to eat the rest, wasn’t worth it. I ordered the blackened salmon with loaded mash and garlic green beans. All was well. Took the server a while to bring extra sauces and refills. My Partner ordered sirloin 6oz medium, and it came medium well. The women’s bathroom was nasty. The ceiling in the hall between the restrooms was busted open and water pouring out into a trashcan. The carpeted floor was disgustingly soggy…
Our server was a blonde headed guy, he was nice tho. Yall need extra help.

The only reason I gave 4 stars on the food was because there wasn’t much Alfredo sauce on the chicken and broccoli pasta Alfredo dish. The 4 Mac n cheese was delicious, the service was great, and the restaurant was clean. I’ll go back again

Ordered off of door dash 2 for 25. Was able to get a partial refund from door dash. With door dash order people need to pay better attention on door dash orders. I only got one of my main entrees instead of 2. The person that handed the order to the dasher said that it was all there. But this meant I only got my lunch and not my dinner and being an otr driver I wasn’t gonna spend more money to put a second order in. Please pay better attention when filling to go orders before they are handed off.
