Holly was our server and she did an exceptional job. She was just the friendliest, most attentive server I’ve think I’ve ever had at any place. I’ve been to Red Robin before and I have never been asked if I wanted any sauces on the side or asked if I needed anything else more than this visit. It was quite refreshing honestly. They helped me with a special request for the old burning love burger they used to have and all the food we received was great. When we asked for extra garlic, they delivered. I had a bad experience at this location in the past but things have seemed to change drastically for me to be giving a 5 star review. The atmosphere was clean, even the bathrooms were clean. All staff I had contact with were also friendly and the customer service was great. We even had the manager come around and chat with us for a bit and she helped us with our dessert selection and was just trying to sell she helped choose the correct one that worked for us. Overall great experience and food was fresh and delicious.

Red Robin was at the HIP mall. The waitresses are great! But service is not regulated. I sat at the bar to enjoy some beverages while shopping. No one came to attend to me or serve even they told me to go sit at the bar. Plus they never asked if I was a member to obtain my reward points the last couple of times I was there. I would need to think twice before going back.

They have good burgers but nothing out of this world. I got the new Jalapeño Heatwave and wondered “where’s the heat?” We also had the bacon double and Love Fire burger. It took a bit to get bottomless items replenished and finally got them after we finished our burgers.

Had the mushroom burger they overcooked it a little but that’s ok was still very good! Upgraded for the garlic fries – just amazing! Fish and chips was good also but the coleslaw it came with on the side was so-so.
And yeah paid almost $9 for a beer….
For desert ordered the mud pie it was really good and enough for two us to share.

Have been frequently disappointed by Red Robin as of late! About a month ago I was experiencing some health issues, so on a restricted diet– maybe should not have risked it, but it was my birthday and my family was doing the best they could to make the most of things despite the circumstances. I wound up ordering a salad. I was disappointed to find that 25-30% of the salad was wilted and not suitable to eat. Additionally all of the apples on the salad were bad. The waiter serving us (the manager on duty?) assured me that’s just how they come. Unbelievable!!! Why are you knowingly serving food of inferior quality/ standards??!!?? I was so discouraged that so little care was given to the level of service and quality.

Me and my friend decided to eat here on January 29th around the evening time. The food was decent, but as we were waiting for our check we noticed that our server John was mocking another guest and making inappropriate jokes/remarks. This is extremely unprofessional behavior and later I learned that the lady was deaf and a regular. John was making my friend and I uncomfortable by his behavior. Also I would like to add that there was a manager on duty, I think her name was Ann and she was also ignoring the poor lady. Red Robin’s is this how you run your restaurant?

One of the best features of Red Robin is the customizable menu. Every one of the 19 gourmet hamburgers can be changed to grilled chicken, crispy fried chicken, veggie patty, or turkey burger at no additional charge. An Impossible Burger or grilled salmon is available at an upcharge. Each burger comes with bottomless steak fries; those can be changed as well, to potato chips, steamed broccoli, or a side salad at no additional charge; garlic fries, garlic parmesan broccoli, fried onion rings, coleslaw, sweet potato fries, or mac n’ cheese are available at an upcharge. That is 133 different sandwiches and 10 sides! There are 5 Kid’s entrées plus kids sizes on milkshakes and lemonade. This time, I had the Cheesy Bacon Fondue burger. It comes with a side of queso for dipping; I liked the queso for dipping the steak fries more the burger. Burgers start around $15, but with bottomless fries (or broccoli or salad – also bottomless), you will not go away hungry.
