We arrived as they were opening & had a wonderful experience. The staff acknowledged it was our first time & helped to guide us through the menu. They were very nice & courteous. The food was flavorful, hot & fresh! The fries were so good & they even gave us extra tenders because our order took a little while. (20 minutes) which we feel was well worth the wait! We also thoroughly enjoyed the milkshakes. They were sweet & refreshing on a hot day. We will most certainly be back for more!

If you want to eat here, do it soon because they won’t be in business long. I paid $9 for this sandwich. You may not be able to tell in the picture, but it’s on a slider size bun. Not at all what it looks like on their website. Yes, that is all the coleslaw they gave me. Less than a bit and it’s supposed to cover the whole sandwich. $7 for a tiny cup of mac and cheese that makes KFC look amazing. I called the restaurant (I’m 38 years old and I’ve never called a restaurant to complain) and told the manager he should be ashamed. He said “they changed their policy to put less coleslaw on because sandwiches were getting soggy” or something like that and that all the restaurants chanced. Don’t care. You have one product on your website but what you actually get is a bite sized version. And on top of that, it sucked. Why would you make something spicy so salty? At any rate, hard pass on any Al’s in the future. If you go, don’t say I didn’t tell you so. Any good reviews they have are obviously paid for or bots.

Went through the drive thru. Easy menu to order from. I really enjoyed the chicken w medium spice and Al sauce. That was my favorite item. The French fries weren’t fresh and the Mac and cheese is your typical generic side. Shout out to the cashier, I really enjoy the personality. Didn’t wait long in the drive thru line.

It was spicy which I love and we were both (wifey) really excited to eat here. I really want to give this place 5 stars the staff was super helpful and attentive but the quality if I am being honest was not impressive. We went on a Sunday so maybe it was just the day – anyway We wanna give it a second chance so I will update my review if we go again and my mind has changed.

If you want dusty dry chicken, a slice of plain wonder bread, and soggy fries this is the place to go. Oh, I can’t forget the “breeze freeze” that was just ice and ice cream blended and tasted like water with whipped cream. The sauces are also a rip off .75 extra for cups of ranch, and honey barbecue. This place was a huge let down and I will never return. $40 down the drain for trash food, save your money y’all.

Can confirm. It’s good! If you’re expecting perfect southern style you might let yourself down but I can honestly say it’s very good. I love spicy things (I can handle more then mayo level spicy ) and the level 4 is real nice. Made my eyes water up a little but I think that was because it was so hot initially temperature wise. Once it cooled down I could actually taste the spice and I love it. Exactly what I was thinking it would be, 10/10 highly recommend giving it a try! The ‘Al’s hot sauce’ dipping sauce is also very good for fries and additional flavor

I saw the ads for this on Facebook and wanted to try it for weeks. I literally had dreams about it. Payday rolled around, and I made the trip from Olympia with high expectations. I have to say it did not disappoint. We got the two chicken sandwiches meal, with cheese fries. We chose medium hot, which was a good choice. It was hot enough for the kick but not to lose any flavor. Normally, I don’t like crinkle cut fries, but these were similar to the Cajun fries at 5 guys. We also got the white sauce and honey sauce for dipping. The white sauce was basically blackened ranch sauce from Popeyes. The honey sauce was an almost exact replica of chik-fil-a sauce. Service was quick and helpful. We had our food in about 5 minutes. All said it was everything I dreamed of and more I will be going back as often and as soon as possible

I went a busy time around 7pm. As soon i walked inside, I definitely smelled and saw the smoke from frying the chicken. I don’t mind waiting in line for FRESHLY cooked chicken. I ordered the two chicken sandwiches with cole slaw n fries combo. One hot and the other mild. I know everyone has different spice levels. But mild was not mild, and the hot was a mild. Not knocking it the spice. The tenders were decent size, a bit overcooked. Could use a tad bit .ore on the fries. They were seasoned. The slaw was good, wasn’t too creamy or running, and had a good texture. I’m going to go at a different time. It’s not the real NASHVILLE hot chicken lol.

Got the #2 with two sandwiches and fries, one hot and the other medium. Along with a hot chicken tender with waffles. So good, for the sandwich idk if I ate the hot or medium but the spice was REAL! Asked them to take out pickles and coleslaw from one sandwich but they did to both. No worries though just another reason to come back to try the sandwich with the slaw and pickles!
