While we started out as coffee roasters, our core beliefs have always been about sustainability so when we had the opportunity to add retail space we jumped and added the farm to table cafe. We also believe in taking care of folks to the best of our ability so we provide items for special diets such as gluten free and vegan items. Chef Jason specializes in Indian cuisine which fits nicely with our farm to table and providing for special diets concept. Of course we have a bakery case full of goodies for anyone and the best coffee you’ve ever had.

The chef will describe great ingredients. Local meat and honey and stuff. Hipster vibe, but nobody acts too cool. Love music half the week. Great Indian food. They have a delicious latte with no coffee, somehow.

THE place for coffee in Carrollton. They roast their own beans and have multiple blends for sale. THE place for the best breakfast in this area. Hands down! Bring your laptop or tablet (great Wi-Fi; they won’t put you on a timer like other places in the area). Might be the only place west of Atlanta where you can get authentic Indian food (lunch). I am smitten by the coffee, the food, the vibe, and the stellar staff (signage could be improved; you’ll find this gem on the back side of the big purple house, that locals refer to as “the Mansion”).

The best breakfast in Carrollton! This place has a lovely, laid back atmosphere. Try the two-egg breakfast (pictured below). Definitely give this place a try if you’re looking for a good wholesome breakfast! Oh- and the coffee is fantastic too.

No longer just a donut and coffee shop! Pleasantly surprised by the new menu and new owners. Awesome new menu that is great for foodies. Such as: sweet potato biscuits, kale slaw, keto coffee, cold brew, purple sweet potatos, local organic sausage, crêpes, and more. They offer both organic and gluten free options; as well as locally source their produce, meat and eggs… all for a reasonable price. They even list the local farms they source from. We got the Nutella Crêpes, Monte Cristo Crêpes, Keto coffee, regular coffee, nutella donut, blueberry cake donut, and the donut holes for around $30.00. Since they moved to the mansion the aesthetics of their restaurant has changed. The food is still as good and the coffee is even better. The place now has a sense of locality if that makes any sense.

Every single time I order from them, they go above and beyond. Most restaurants are hit or miss, but these guys are consistently GREAT! They read the notes in my door dash orders, they never miss a single detail. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant! Breakfast, lunch, dinner are all delicious and whether I’m eating at the restaurant or via door dash, I know I’m going to get what I ordered- down to the personalized preferences. Highly recommend this place!!

4 am is truly such a unique coffee shop! It was a favorite of mine during college; my friends and I would frequently go to study or go for brunch dates. I now live 45 minutes away, but have driven to Carrollton numerous times solely for their coffee! The people, atmosphere, coffee, and food are top tier.

Good tasting Italian style coffees. They recently installed a manual espresso machine and are loving it over the automatic model. But they may go back to automatic once the old one is repaired. The food was good, I opted for the pancake stack and ate all three (I usually can only eat one or two before I’m tired of pancake, haha). Very roomy venue with high ceilings and space for live music.
