This location is way better than the one in Richland. Five stars just for not playing loud music that stinks! I had the small fish and chips. It tasted good and everything was nice and hot. Portion size was okay but I think I would make it a large next time. Tartar sauce was excellent! They were a little busy but I thought the food came out in a reasonable amount of time.

I hate leaving this review as I grew up on zips. Family favorite. But lately, it’s so sad and depressing. I want this place to last forever but it’s declining so fast. Food is mmmmm kinda gross. The help hates their jobs. It’s dirty. It’s pretty sad. I wish they would invest in the business. I get life is expensive right now, but this place is a part of the tricities please don’t fail it.

I will say I love their food, but since the new owners took over, i would have to say they got greedy! There chicken/fish baskets have gotten smaller in size, and the price went up. Speaking of price, my mother and i just went in the other day to get my grandma a burger. Well, we were going to get something for ourselves till we saw the prices. ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW? Their foods are good but NOT that good. How are their doors still open. I used to drive by every day and see their special written on their board and always wondered why places have to have specials. Why can’t everything thing just be at a reasonable price. You want the community to do you a favor by eating there. Well, do us a favor and make it so we can (AFFORDABLE). The workers were awesome getting food out and very polite. Nice work, guys! It would also be nice if they added vegan options, just speaking for us vegans. I really try not to eat out, but if i ever decided to, it would be nice to have that option. I would love to give a 5 star review. Hopefully, the new owners will take this into consideration. Actually, you know what would be cool if they had the whole front of the building open so you could just walk up to the counter from outside like you did back in the day (I saw pictures) now that would be cool. Let’s skip the baby steps and do it all at once, I love this place, and It’s been around longer than anything around here i would hate to see it get ran into the ground all for the price.

I would literally give you zero stars. But there’s no way for me to give you zero. We just came in spent $40 on food in the Drive-Thru 10 minutes before you closed. Our order was wrong. I called to complain and ask for the owner. The gentleman said I have the owner on the phone. So, I told him my order was wrong. He told me I went to a greasy food restaurant and ordered greasy food and hung up. I didn’t get my jalapeno gems. They gave me tater tots. Our fish is undercooked and my bacon burger is burnt. But I didn’t get to explain everything because he hung up on me

Well the first thing was I simply asked for just mayo and instead got just mustard, secondly the burger was obviously very old and dry as was the bun. I don’t see how any of the reviews are even real with so many being somewhat positive.

When you walk in the door look at the inside of the door handles, haven’t been cleaned since the late 70’s. Everyone touched them and then spread the germs from handle to mouth. Dining tables were disgusting too.
