Came here for my Iced Matcha and ordered a “Large” & all I can say is where’s the rest of my drink …. I paid a good $6-7 for this and a little more for a large just so my cup won’t get filled. When they give it to you it looks filled but once you take a second look that’s all the foam dissolving… Do Better , Not wasting my time here again… it has happened once and I thought maybe cause it was during a rush time I understand but now … yea no and the staff can be rude and not welcoming.

Okay. So two things: 1) You must have the word “Donuts” after the word “Dunkin'” on the sign above the entrance! That’s what makes the people want to stampede into this place! Donuts! !!! I love donuts! You love donuts! Everyone loves donuts! Fly your donut flag proudly! It makes people hungry! No one says I sure could go for a chocolate dunkin. No! But they say exactly that for donuts!!!
2) I love that there’s another Dunkin Donuts ( ) right across the street. A truly patriotic America would have Dunkin Donuts across the street from each other in every city! And tacos! !!! I love tacos!!! You love tacos!!! Nothing celebrates how exceptional & strong America is than tacos!! I always go through the drive-thru. I place my order from the car and within a couple of minutes the order is ready. I love the breakfast sandwiches and would happily eat one a day.

Got an ice coffee with light ice and the server Kara (something like that, light skinned short haired girl) filled the cup like 75% . She had an attitude when I brought it up as to why. Her excuse was that’s how they do it there.

I think they might be racist toward non Latino customers. No one greeted me when I came in, I ordered on the machine and no one ignored me that my order was ready either. So rude and unprofessional. When the Latino customers came in, they gladly assisted them immediately. Needless to say I won’t be back!

Listen I don’t normally write reviews for fast food unless it’s really bad or really good.
I personally always use the Dunkin down the block with the drive thru, however this location is ALWAYS ON POINT. My drink is never wrong or inconsistent. I’ve been coming here when I know I want to not be disappointed.

This is one of my all-time favorite Dunkin Donuts stores. Located in the Northgate Plaza Shopping Center, next to the Walgreens in Aspen Hill, I go out of my way to get my morning latte at this store. One of the many reasons I give this location my business is that I want to support the all-female staff. Not only is the staff quick and efficient with every process from the register to the drinks to the food/donuts, but they are also constantly on top of the cleaning. During downtime, machines are pulled away from the walls for sweeping, the floors are mopped, cases and counters are wiped, and the trash is emptied. There is no ego about who works the registers or makes the drinks and food. This staff works as a team and each team member handles whatever task needs to be done in that moment in order to best serve the customers. This team is friendly and efficient whether it’s calm or chaotic. This is a smooth, well-run Dunkin Donuts. Oh, and if you need a last-minute gift for someone (or yourself) they always have tumblers on hand in various sizes and colors!

I ordered on the mobile device they have for their 5 dollar meal. I made sure to put on there no cheese for the wraps. They didn’t listen and then tried insulting my intelligence after I showed them the cheese on there and how even the sticker didn’t even say cheese on there and that I clearly pressed no cheese on the menu. Instead of making me two new wraps with no cheese the lead person there decided to escalate the cause for concern saying I was wrong. Very unprofessional and the lead person there on this day 1/1/2025 deserves to be fired.

Waiting to be told the type of bagel is not available so I had to change it up. My 3 drinks came up first which I had to ask for a cup holder tray.
Then told that I need to buy a bag so not only did I had to change an order but now had to wait behind 3 customers in line to purchase a bag to carry all the stuff I purchased.

Was very disappointed stepping into this space? It was very hot outside and I wanted to get a frozen coffee but they told me they was gonna charge me for extra two cue of ice for a dollar unacceptable, very disrespectful, need to reevaluate your services.
