The young women who served is could not have been more unfriendly. I was paying with cash but had no idea when she was ready to take it because she just stood looking mad. When I realized she wasn’t going to hold out a hand. for payment I extended my hand and she grabbed the money out of my hand. The place was filthy, trash can overflowing, no clean tables, I will never go there again.

Friendly staff! Every time I’ve come there, the staff either have a smile or are always making jokes that have me laughing (nothing crude, totally professional of course!!) Also if there is a line, staff make sure to move it along as quickly and respectfully as possible. Five stars!

This location happens to be more accessible and closer to me than the one around the corner on Connecticut Ave., yet it’s been disappointing the last few times I’ve come. I ALWAYS order from the app and pre-pay. I order an XL coffee with a coffee roll. They’re constantly out of coffee rolls which is understandable. My issue is that I always have to ask for an alternative option and am offers one donut. The coffe roll costs more than a donut and I never am given more than one donut to compensate for the remaining balance. What a jip. I know it’s only change, but they wouldn’t allow customers to come up short.

I had an issue with my order and instead of a refund, I was met with a rude, hateful manager named Roxana. She refused to refund all of my money. Instead she reached in the bag threw one donut away and put the others back in the tray for resale. Unsanitary, unprofessional and ignorant display of leadership. I called the corporate office and complained. The owner contacted me and was very emphatic and very nice. I went back to retrieve my complimentary donut and the devil Roxana refused to comply yet again. I was ready to call corporate again. The owner contacted me a second time because of his horrible manager Roxana. I made another attempt and was met with a very pleasant and professional woman named Rubi. If Rubi was the manager this bad customer experience would not have taken place. Fire Roxana and promote Rubi. Roxana makes this store look bad. The owner and Rubi are a better fit for this store. I will not be returning because of evil Roxana.

We’ll be finding a new donut place. They were out of bottled milk and I asked to purchase a small cup of milk for my 2 year old. They were incredibly rude and refused—even though I’ve bought milk this way at this location in the past. And the receipt machine was out of ink so badly I can’t even read the numbers to put an official complaint in to Dunkin. Not a good place to go with kids. So much for a fun morning treat before school.
