All and all a good spot for Hibachi and Sushi with a unique ambiance. The sushi (sashimi and nigiri) was clean, fresh, and delicious with generous portions.

Amazing. From the ambiance, decorations, scenery and “Feel of Japan”, it was simply beautiful here. I loved the entertainment, cooks and staff. So friendly and courteous. The Pumpkin pie & Key-lime pie martinis were excellent. I loved the sushi. I had the shrimp tempura one, amazing. The “Hibachi Seafood Deluxe” was amazing. The soup, salad, noodles and vegetables, were cooked to perfection. I loved everything about this place. They even had fortune cookies, mints and toothpicks on the way out. Fabulous.

Ziki is a great sushi and hibachi restaurant in the Town Center offering classic dishes with great service. While the prices are slightly higher due to being in the town center, the experience will be a good one.

Some of Annapolis finest service and delicious food, hibachi and sushi here is tasteful and entertaining. Waitresses were very attentive and polite. The chef was quick witted, smooth on the grill and very playful. We got a shrimp toss and sake fountain at the end too!

I generally sit in the bar area and love it. The people all treat you like family. The sushi is delicious and so are the apps. I have done hibachi once or twice here and really like it, but generally come for the sushi!

The service is very quick. As soon as you sit down they are taking your drink order. They soon return with your drinks and they are taking your appetizer and dinner order. The appetizer comes out, you will have time enough to eat one piece of the roll and your soup and salad are on the table in front of you. As soon as you start on you soup the cook comes out to start your dinner. It is an eating marathon to complete your soup, salad and appetizer before he has your dinner cooked. All the servers are very polite and efficient. On to the food. The noodles are noodle a few slivers of carrot and two squeeze bottles of sauces used on everything. Fried rice is extra and I do not suggest you get it. The fried rice consist of a few and I mean few green onions and very little egg with again the same two sauces. At our table we had shrimp, lobster, steak, chicken and scallops. The shrimp, lobster and scallops were way over cooked and seasoned with the same two squeeze bottles. The steak was the first meat to come off the grill an was done okay again the seasoning was the same. Next off the grill was the chicken it was cooked good seasoned the same. Last to come off where the vegetable same seasoning way over cooked. I can say the rainbow roll was delicious. If I do come back to eat here I think I will stick to the sushi and rolls.

Haven’t been to a hibachi restaurant in quite some time and was very excited to check this place out. Unfortunately the chef did not make the experience good, he served the shrimp appetizers last, added extra butter to the filet mignon when requested light butter, and served me noodles instead of fried rice.
