This is an institution in San Clemente and a must stop for your Morning coffee and breakfast if you are in the area. Lattes are a generous size and you will also find a nice selection of homemade muffins including gluten free options ( the lemon blueberry is delicious). Breakfast burritos are available all day. Wi-Fi is fast and free for 2 hours so you can also come and work from there. Parking is easy and shared with Ralphs and outside seating is also available. If you are in a rush, drive-thru is also an option.

While heading home, hubby and I needed a little pick-me-up before our drive. I Googled coffee cafés near our location, which was in San Clemente, and various places popped up. The one that caught my eye the most was Zebra Coffee House. I mean, the name itself is very intriguing and just made me curious. So we went for it! When we arrived, we noticed that they have a drive-thru; you know I love a good drive-thru. It’s very convenient, you don’t have to get out of the car, and it’s just easy peasy! It was already perfect! I

The gals behind the counter genuinely seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else so service was just okay. We ordered 2 coffees and a chorizo burrito. The burrito was delicious and big enough to share but our coffees were horrible. I asked for drip coffee with almond milk and sugar. Pretty sure it was just drip coffee and was luke warm. My husband’s latte on the other hand was lava hot for an hour and didn’t taste at all like a “pecan dream” We would skip this spot for coffee, but breakfast is probably a safe bet.

Decide the only thing that I ever used the cafe for was to plug in my cell phone. But lately I checked out with all about mango basil smoothies I love them. I think they also have a interesting assortment of muffins haven’t had much else though.

Needed to get some work done and found this little place. Really cool atmosphere and good service as well. They have an option to use a ordering system instead of waiting 8n line to talk to one of the employees so if you are in a rush there’s always that option. Really nice layout and they even have art for sell. Wifi is free for 2 hours with email address. This is a nice lay act place to have a drink and snack to meet up or get work done. Check it out if you get the chance

when you’re visiting a city from out of town, you want to support small businesses right?? unfortunately, this place was a ghost town and it still took over 45 minutes to make breakfast tacos. they seem to prioritize drive through versus people who are dining in. 30 minutes had passed since I placed my order and come to find out they had given my order away to someone in the drive through. the manager tried to make things right by giving me an extra free meal but it was completely frustrating after thinking I could stop in to quickly grab food and go / not be stuck in traffic heading back into San Diego. the food ended up just being ok – I would like to try it again but I don’t know if I would ever stop there based on the experience that I had.

Wonderful, polite staff but I was not expecting my $6 coffee to be a literal shot in a 2 inch cup not staffs fault at all but just please go to Starbucks if you want coffee.

Stopped by to get a quick coffee… well it took 10min to get it. No one I line but the cashier and employees are too slow. The coffee was not hot enough and tasted like water. I did not try other stuff in their menu so I can’t comment on those. Inside was clean and felt the atmosphere was nice. It’s close to highway but for coffee I don’t recommend them. Use famous brands around and be on safe side.

The Avocado toast was great! The atmosphere feels a bit corporate and less mom and pap style – e.g. order via computer vs. personal interaction. The artwork and large scale photographs are not everyone’s cup of tea! Staff was friendly but slow.
