Fantastic service. They had the smile and went the extra mile. We had a few bread bowls that we did not finish and they only had soup containers for take home. The guy behind the counter suggested salad containers and they worked perfectly! Food was what we expected and the place was clean. Not to mention fast. Well done.

I just can’t believe this is what I got from Panera ( so watery and smaller portion), it used to be so good. If they are going to lower their standard and the quality of food, I guess it’s going to be like many other fast food chain restaurants closing their doors. Won’t go to this location again.

Had a great experience I’ll picking up my food order here at the South Windsor location. Staff saw that I was struggling with my son that had just fallen asleep while trying to grab a large food order and drinks. They went out of their way to help me get my drinks organized as well as holding the door for me on the way out pleasant experience at around 5:30 PM on 03/20/23

Never been to a place that sends customers away after they waited in line.The guy went in back until it was 8:00 then comes out and tells everyone that their closed so they can’t order anything. I understand that it was 8 but to turn away a family with hungry kids isn’t cool especially when they got there before they closed and waited in line. Bad service

Used to be a great place to eat. Last 3 visits the food was ice cold, not made properly, no croutons on salads, no egg on salad, frozen chicken, overcharged, no napkins in the bag, and terrible customer service. I won’t ever go here again, just disgusting food for ridiculous prices. This establishment is ruining paneras reputation.

I came to this specific location cus it was on the way. Never been here before. My car broke down in their drive thru. Embarrassing right?!. Well they were super nice they all came out and helped me move my car to a safe spot! I had just ordered and that happened. Someone brought out my food I was on the phone with Geico and didn’t get to ask his name. But I’m super thankful and grateful at their kindness
