We’ve ordered the 8 piece wings from them before and each time the wings are hardly tossed in sauce. This last order wasn’t any different. I ordered extra sauce expecting the wings to be as they are and they proved it right. I love the food and the people are nice but the quality for the wings isn’t there.

I Ordered a hot honey mustard wings n things an didn’t get no sauce! They need to train the cook better. I’m not paying 30 dollars for a meal for me and my girlfriend to have dry flavorless chicken. Was so frustrated I called to complain and got a new meal with “extra” sauce but it didn’t even have regular amount of sauce !! So if you want sauce on your chicken make sure you ask for a container of it, it should be free of charge (so idk why there is no sauce on the chicken to begin with….) sadly will not be going here again and I love zaxbys cause I’m not driving all the way to Ogden where I know they put sauce on the chicken!!

When I first moved to Tooele in 2021 I wasn’t impressed at all with this location. Whatever changes have happened are amazing! I’ve been twice this month and both times, the customer service was amazing, the workers were kind, patient, and informative. The food was fresh, not overly fried, hot and all items were accounted for. I went during lunch hour and had my food in a timely manner.

My daughter loves this place so when I come out to take her on our father daughter night out she often chooses Zaxby’s. The food is decent – not bad but nothing to write home about. The guy that helped ring us up was super friendly. But what really strikes me, every time, is that there is never anyone eating here. The last three times we’ve eaten here, we’ve been completely alone in the restaurant. Besides us, I’ve only ever seen 3 other people eating here. I honestly don’t know how they’re staying in business.
