We came in tonight to order some of usual favorites like the Kicking Chicken meal and the signature meal. We made a few modifications to our meal and Adam helped us through it all. The manager Amber also made some tasty suggestions and overall I was happy with the team’s inviting and friendly atmosphere. Definitely would go here again.

wonderful place. meredith was the best help ever! super understanding and just very bubbly! would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. by far the best zaxbys i been too. not only for the service is better than any food place in the zipcode

The lady working the counter today is absolutely amazing! Personable! In a world full of “ hurry up,” she took the time to have conversations! We’ve ordered the 8 piece wings from them before and each time the wings are hardly tossed in sauce. This last order wasn’t any different. I ordered extra sauce expecting the wings to be as they are and they proved it right. I love the food and the people are nice but the quality for the wings isn’t there.

Food was fine except fries. I usually love fries but yesterday fries were so salty I couldn’t finish them. When I mentioned today while getting a salad. The counter guy told me corporate makes them salt fries that heavy. He is lying just to give me an answer. If I get more fries that salty again then Zaxby’s will be off my choices of where to eat. Bad enough to get bad food, worse to be lied to.

What food is always fresh. The service is always amazing. At Easter they did a fun activity where you found an egg and could get some prizes. Always pretty empty inside only one or two customers but great service. Every time I’ve been there they’ve Cooked our food fresh.
