I’ll start by saying the food was absolute great!!! However the service leaves much to be desired if you are dinning in. The staff only prioritizes drive through and pick up orders. The staff literally ignores people standing in line to place orders at the counter simply to work the drive thru and prepare pick up orders.

I stopped by today to pick up my order, which I placed online. I went during lunchtime, so I had to wait a few minutes for my order to be completed. However, I didn’t mind the wait, because I saw the whole crew working hard, and hustling to serve customers. Sophia, in particular, stood out to me because she was helping the front counter, drive-thru, and also training a new employee, all at the same time! It’s nice to see people take pride in their work, and people Sophia sets a great example! Thanks, and keep up the great work

How many times does it take to get a drank order correct? More than 3 , I asked twice for my frozen lemon aide that I paid almost 5 dollars for but instead go two kids lemon aide. And he forgot the sauce for my child’s chicken.

first zaxby’s experience and what a let down. the chicken is the opposite of crispy and the Zax sauce was horrible. the fries were bland and the iced tea was mid at best. the interior was pretty cool though

I ordered a door dash and wanted to try it for the first time and order a chicken sandwich with other food. $60 dollars of my money to end up having a long hair through my whole sandwich and idk about yall but I’m sure u wouldn’t eat so that $11 dollar meal went down into the trash

I’m not sure what changes have gone on recently at this location but I used to eat here semi-regularly until I moved and I never had any issues with the quality of food. Today I was craving some of their delicious crinkle cut, seasoned fries so I drove a bit out of the way to grab some. After requesting a few orders of the fries (to share with the fam) I was asked to pull up to wait for my fries. Better believe I was getting hyped for some delicious, crisp, golden french fries. My mouth was all but watering.
Ok, this is what I was given.
I mean, I don’t know how someone, in good conscious, could package up whatever this pile of mush is and give it to someone to eat. These are the most moist, floppy, disgusting fries I’ve ever eaten, by far. They’re nearly dripping in putrid old oil. I reluctantly did have a bite of one to be certain I couldn’t still salvage them and immediately wanted to gag at the overwhelming taste of oil. Genuinely, they were inedible.
So just a word of warning, after looking back at all these other more recent reviews I really feel this wasn’t just a one time thing/off day for someone which I do try to take into consideration. This location just isn’t it and I hope the management sees this and makes some major changes.

We like Zaxby’s and this one is the closest but it is always dirty and nasty especially the drink area. The drink machine is always covered in drink splatter that’s been there for a long time. The lids and straws are often missing sizes and all messy. The counter is always sticky and gross. I think this location does well but I believe it will do better with some attention to detail especially in the name of cleanliness.

I am so mad that I go here to buy chicken TENDERS and I get the tiniest bite size pieces. This is not a chicken tender. I don’t even wanna go back here again. Not to mention I usually only come here for salad and sweet tea and their tea always tastes sour and bad. I am so disappointed. My Texas toast was burnt and I ask for zax sauce and I get ranch.

The food was fresh and hot! Customer service was amazing. We had Walker, he was the sweetest. It’s refreshing to have good customer service in a drive thru now a days.
