I was extremely disappointed with ordering online. I ordered 2 Zalads and some extra fingers. I ordered 5 fingers tossed in BBQ sauce and 10 plain. I wanted ranch dressing for my Zalads and ordered 4 extra dressings as well. Well my Zalads were great except for one thing, NO DRESSING. And as far as the extra dressing are concerned, I understand there is a difference between the dressing and the sauces. So when I ordered I made sure to order extra DRESSING. not extra SAUCE. But apparently the employees either don’t know the difference, can’t read, or just simply don’t care. Because what I got was 4 extra ranch dipping sauces instead of dressings. And the 5 fingers I wanted tossed in sauce, were not. So I got 15 plain fingers with NO Zax sauce and 2 Zalads with NO DRESSING.

The food were OK except the fries were burnt. And. And the chicken was dried. the bone in chicken. They don’t give great service. The cooks need to be mindful of what they are doing in the kitchen in the back and make sure the food come out hot andnot dried out And fries need to be hot fresh and not burnt . If they can control that and get that right then they will have an outstanding team working for an outstanding company
