I dined in and ordered around 20 dollars worth of food. Before I could even fill my drink, it was ready. Great service and super nice. As someone who works in customer service and around food constantly, I am always disappointed with my Zaxby’s back home. But this one today genuinely surprised me at how good of an experience I had. Great job!!

Love Eatonton Zaxby’s!! Service is fast and friendly. Food is hot and fresh. Whether I dine-in, order online or go through the drive-thru, they never disappoint. And don’t forget the sweet tea!! I also love their reward program (nothing like free food!!)

The food was hot but restaurant was extremely nasty no one had on the proper uniform. Some of the uniforms they employees were wearing looked like they have never been washed. For it to be slow and only one other family in the restaurant with us my family I were shocked at how unclean the restaurant was

May be a chain, but this was good chicken! Restaurant was clean with friendly staff. Only complaint is that my sandwich could have used a little more of the sauce. White cheddar cheese bites were awesome!

So good to be able to dine inside again. Every other table is closed off. Friendly folks. The place was not busy at 7:00 p.m. , but the drive up window was packed. Clean.

I was extremely disappointed with ordering online. I ordered 2 Zalads and some extra fingers. I ordered 5 fingers tossed in BBQ sauce and 10 plain. I wanted ranch dressing for my Zalads and ordered 4 extra dressings as well. Well my Zalads were great except for one thing, NO DRESSING. And as far as the extra dressing are concerned, I understand there is a difference between the dressing and the sauces. So when I ordered I made sure to order extra DRESSING. not extra SAUCE. But apparently the employees either don’t know the difference, can’t read, or just simply don’t care. Because what I got was 4 extra ranch dipping sauces instead of dressings. And the 5 fingers I wanted tossed in sauce, were not. So I got 15 plain fingers with NO Zax sauce and 2 Zalads with NO DRESSING.

Very predictable fast food restaurant specializing in chicken dishes. Limited variety, but great food quality, service and atmosphere. There aren’t a lot of places to eat out in Eatonton, so a quick drive out here is worth it. Most meals and a drink with cost you around $10 per person.

Very disappointed in this trip to my once a week zaxbys visit with my usual Chicken cheese Ranch fries but with out the cheese and bacon that was just dumped on top. Quality is not just about portion size but appearance and most importantly that all the ingredients are present.
