I wasn’t surprised that this was great!
I heard it all over town that this guy is the real deal. The customer service was professional to my surprise it was the owner who answered the phone he was so nice and helped us pick out exactly what we wanted. so I definitely recommend this place!

Here for a quick weekend visit and my husband wanted this for his birthday. Firstly, the customer service was awesome! Secondly, food is cooked fresh and worth the wait, absolutely incredible! We are very full but very happy!

Guy at the registered was rude to customers on the phone and Charged us $5.50 extra for paying with cash app, The food was average at best (im a Food critic) The food tasted like it was fried too much or The oil hasn’t been changed at all. The Mayo Ketchup is the only good thing I had and I feel they need to work on their food it’s definitely a solid 2/5 food wise. Just know that sweet plantains tasted burnt as well. If you go be prepared to be charged $5 dollars extra without notice that they charged extra.

Food was cold, waited 1 & 1/2 hours, didn’t receive a refund and I live 2 minutes (walking distance) . Will NOT be ordering again. There’s other restaurants who offer the same things for better quality. The owner I’m assuming josue? Very Rude as well, also does not communicate effectively blaming customers for things they wouldn’t know visiting the store for the first time UNLESS stated on a website or something. They don’t even really have a menu set up so it’s not the best process. The location is also questionable. People are constantly standing around the business smoking or blocking entrances and the street so it was just a bad experience over all, wish I saved my $25.

The food it’s really good the only downside it’s the wait time. They told us our order will be done in an hour we got there with an hour and some change and then they told us that it’s gonna be another 10 minutes. I do understand that there’s other orders and stuff but the restaurant was empty like nobody was there. We ended up waiting 30 minutes by the way and they just keep saying that it was almost over, it came to the point that they talked to us with attitude. When we got the food it was cold. So it was a bad experience.

I gave it a 3 out of 5 because although the food is great, you get a good quantity, the service and hospitality are great, the hours of operation are extremely inconsistent as well as the procedure to take order sometimes they deliver, sometimes they don’t, sometimes orders are done over the phone, sometimes only in person with limited items available. I understand being a small business and having a family etc. the one suggestion I’d make is being clear and upfront about the hours and ways of ordering etc. even if it’s just posted on any platform.
