I had an amazing experience at Carl’s Jr. today! Not only was the food fresh and delicious, but the level of customer service truly went above and beyond. My order had a small mix-up, and before I even had a chance to worry about it, the manager personally came out to deliver the corrected order to me.
He was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right. That level of effort and attention is rare these days, and it really made my visit stand out.
Thank you to the whole team for turning a simple meal into a great experience. I’ll definitely be bringing my business back here !

Caral’s Jr. is a great place to go and get a bite to eat. I love their burgers. I got the buy-one-get-one for a $1 deal. I also got a large fry and a fountain drink. I forgot how much exactly it was, but it was close to $13. Would definitely recommend.

Place an order online, order says ready at 6:30, come to the drive through at 6:25 wait for 20 minutes almost before someone who barely speaks English says “open at 7 sorry” I say “I placed an online order so what happened” guess the reply! “Open at 7 not 6 sorry” fantastic! Going to wait for 20 minutes outside the parking lot to see if I can get my order or get my money back assuming someone with some competence can manage to do that or give me an explanation or anything at all
Currently the website says open Google Maps says open Apple Maps says open the mobile app says open but for some reason they just don’t wanna be open so my 10 minute food before work is now about an hour I’ll update this once I come back and see what happens

Walking up. The restaurant inside & out is always clean, I can tell why, I’ve seen the PIC out picking up trash & stuff outside. I feel this needs said almost immediately. The windows are clean, so are the tables & floors. And they don’t feel like they were mopped with the same greasy water used to clean the kitchen. I’ve been recently to establishments where everything you touch is greasy, so good job at this restaurant! It doesn’t matter who has taken my order, each have been friendly & helpful. The food has always been hot & fresh. In fact I just stopped Paulino, so I could be sure I got his name correct and mention him as well. He’s doing a fantastic job here for everyone. He’s so pleasant to interact with, great person!

Is very irritating when I order a spicy chicken and I don’t know if I’m getting shredded lettuce or leaf lettuce. I always pay 50 cents more because I like an extra Leaf of lettuce on my spicy chicken but today I got shredded lettuce and it is not what’s advertised on the app or the menu. If you guys are going to put shredded lettuce on the sandwich and needs to be advertised as so can you please put leaf lettuce on the spicy chickens it tastes different,. If I knew it was shredded I would not pay 50 cents for extra shreds of lettuce. Guess from now on I’ll ask if they’re doing shredded lettuce or regular lettuce on their spicy chickens for the day. I’m not sure why a regular menu item is being changed. Please specify what type of lettuce is on the sandwich cuz it changes constantly. Spicy chicken has always had original leaf lettuce ever since 15 years ago

Went through the drive thru order the new Guacamole burger and 2 happy meals my burger was missing the guacamole and top to it off she (Trish)wanted me to bring my burger back so they can remake it as if I would waste my time calling them to complain. Then when ask if refunded she said she couldn’t her said that they can only remake it with the proof of the burger. And my daughter sprite was carbonated water.

Without the App 3 stars, with the app 4.5 stars. To get your money’s worth definitely download the app. Retail is way too pricey here but the deals make it much more justifiable price wise

Their milkshakes used to be fantastic, but now they’re just trash. The size has diminished by half, and they’re not hand scooped milkshakes there’s no way they can be hand-scooped milkshakes at least be better, but they’re worse. And whoever makes their burgers makes them way too wet and sloppy they’re not even edible. What the hell happened to Carl’s Junior

I went walking to carls but didn’t know they close dine in at 10. I went to the drive thru window and asked if I could order a hamburger? Anna was so nice and let me order food for me and my husband. Love it because in other places they don’t let you do that 5 stars for her!
