Absolutely horrible. They don’t care. Took forever so we figured we would get some fresh food. Well, no, the food was horrible. Wife got wings and things, the boneless wings were old and like leather. The fries were old and without any seasoning what so ever on them. No forks for the coleslaw. Even better, when we were at the window, saw someone not working there come behind the counter and get his own cookies from the case. Hard to miss the bright orange shirt. I’m sure he washed his hands though.( Yeah right) tried to call and get a refund and nobody will answer the phone. I guess I’m going to have to call the corporate number and maybe they will answer. Probably going to call the health department also.

Picked up Zac Snacks to have lunch with my mom. Fries were freshly cooked and well seasoned, service was friendly and the tenders were good. The only thing I could suggest is just wiping off the cups if overfilled.

Terrible. Rude. I understand being short staffed but, being rude to the customers isn’t right. Waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes. Even called to make sure they were serving because dining room was closed.

I am very fed up with the service of this zaxby’s I was at tonight. I come here very often but this was by far the worst it has ever been. The workers were very rude and did not seem like they wanted my company in the store at all. I kept my calm and tried my best not to lose my cool because of how poorly I was treated. After tonight I do not plan on coming back to the zaxby’s in Hiwassee. The manager Benji was really disrespectful to my party.

The drink was good the frys were stale the sandwich was cooked into jerky. Not sure what the issue is but if I owned this place I would be there until it was fixed. Maybe I just don’t like zaxbys . They were friendly though.

OK, but not off the charts. Would have liked more dressing for the “Zalad” but, I love a lot of dressing on my “Zalads” ☺️. Also, it would have been nice to have some celery sticks & dressing in with the hot wings!

Ordered via app for in-store pickup. Inside of store was very clean. Met by a very cheerful young lady at the counter. Asked if I had the online order for Jason. Told me that they were preparing our meal. Had the drinks ready. While waiting for the kitchen to finish packaging our food the young lady (Brenna, I believe) asked how my day was going, and carried on a polite, albeit brief, conversation. Overall was an extremely pleasant experience. Oh, and the food was as good as I expected, as well…
