The restaurant was disgusting. Every table needed to be cleaned, and it was not busy. Maybe 4 tables total full. The bathrooms were gross and toilet paper all over the floors. Our order was wrong. My salad had slimy, rotten pieces. The trash cans were overflowing.
We used to eat Zaxbys at least once or twice a month. We had a few bad experiences with the food at other locations and decided to give it a rest. Last night we decided to see how it was, and disappointed, once again. I don’t think we will be back any time soon. $25+ for two people’s meals and to have them be wrong- chicken hard as a rock, ordered wings and got literally one flat, toast hard as a rock, said no fries and extra toast, but got fries. Then the rotten salad that could have been sickly. Unacceptable. Do better.

Please pay attention what someone orders. If someone says unsweetened tea, that means they could have a medical condition, like diabetes or insulin resistant, and can’t have it. Don’t just think that it’s because that’s what they prefer. It’s dangerous. Pay attention. It could have been worse

This is America, if this is going big on the meal then I hate to see what the normal size is, ripped off, seems like a lot of bad reviews are about the crappy staff, maybe come over to the Clayton Zaxby’s they’re usually on their a-game and give the proper amount of food when you order that amount

I ordered a nibblers meal with no Zax sauce and my fingers rolled in the teriyaki sauce. The chicken was fresh and hot, the buns were toasted and soft, the fries were the best. The lobby was super clean. The management was very nice. Greeting everyone who comes through the doors. I would highly recommend this place for some good delicious chicken. I’ll be back for sure

I was ordering and normally I have a good experience but recently I had a bad experience with someone who didn’t work at the front. I think the name was Tommy, but he was extremely rude and seemed not want to make my food. I won’t be coming back to this location because of this as I don’t want my food tampered with.

Do not come to this location unless your fine with waiting 20-40 mins for your food. Only for it to be cold stale fries, missing all the sauces you asked for. I hate being asked to pull forward with the 6 other cars in the waiting for food spot. This may be the only negative review I’ve ever left. But after a year of getting this kind of service I had to. I usually just avoid it bc its so bad. But in this small town with limited options sometimes you just throw it in the rotation. And I always leave pissed off and won’t try again for a month or more. For a place that only sells chicken, you think they would have some chicken ready to sling out the window, but it seems like they are pulling every order out of the freezer when you place the order. SO SLOW!

The workers were too busy gossiping about their coworker to make my food. At the time I was the only one in line, ordered a Zax snack, waited at the window for 12 minutes. People that ordered behind us started leaving. It was ridiculous.
