Dirtiest Zaxbys I’ve seen. The 2 employees at the counter were friendly and helpful. The chicken was warm, fries and bread were cold. We hadn’t even fixed our sodas when they called our name for our food, so I knew we got some food that wasn’t fresh. What really surprised us was how dirty the place was, inside and out. See photos, hopefully you an see how disgusting the glass on the doors were. You would think they were slammed by how dirty it was, but we were the only customers inside at 5:30 Pm. Shift supervisors/managers aren’t doing their jobs in this store.

This Zaxbys is absolutely awful. Will drive to Calhoun from now on. Every time I come they are out of something. My most recent visit I ordered boneless wings and things with buffalo garlic sauce. Please see the pic attached. What an embarrassment. 2 of the 5 wings barely have sauce. The other 3 have nothing. Bunch of lazy people work at this location.

I just order from there and the chicken tastes like cigarette smoke. Im not going to assume the worst, but this is frankly disgusting. Under no circumstances should the food served to you taste like cigarettes. In the past the workers have wiped their nose on their bare hands before handing me their food. It’s an extremely unhygienic workplace and I would seriously recommend nobody ever eat here.

The food was hot but EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS BUILDING WAS FILTHY! Literally, the tables, the floors, the bathroom, the counters, the drink machine had not been wiped in ages. We ended up taking our food to car! Like the tables weren’t just left with crumbs, they were just stained with ranch and disgusting, it was around 1130 am when we arrived and it was filthy, filthy.

We actually didn’t get to eat here. The line in the drive through was taking too long. Love your homemade chicken. But quick drive thru was needed and it just wasn’t possible during our road trip. Maybe next time

By the time we pulled up for drive-through, I started feeling sick from low sugar. When I told them I was getting sick that I needed toast as soon as they could get it. This is the worst zaxbys in the area. I honestly don’t know how the managers have jobs let alone the store owner keeps this place open. There’s always a long wait in the drive thru and customers are always being parked to save their drive time. Half the time the order is wrong or missing something the other half of the time the food cold. I’ve yet to have my food actually fresh. Not to mention the employees that I’ve encountered have the personalities of a wet mop they never smile or ask how are you they just look miserable

The food was fresh and customer service was great from Anthony. There was an issue with my Zaxby’s app, so he gave me a percentage off my bill. The only complaint I have is that the inside was pretty dirty and could use a good cleaning.

It was one of the best Kickin sandwich meals I have ever had, I almost gave it 5 but the toast wad hard on one end. I could’ve dipped it my ranch sauce but didn’t get one. Still it was goooood.
